SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own. Mini Melanie was founded in 2015 by sisters Melanie and Diana Moss. Melanie grew up baking with their grandmother, and her hobby steadily grew into an obsession. While attending Northwestern University, Melanie studied in Paris and was Sous Chef at Cours de Cuisine atelier. She later attended the Institute of Culinary Education and honed her craft in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Babbo and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where she was Pastry Sous Chef. Melanie’s desserts have been recognized in the 2016 New York City Michelin guide, and in 2018, Melanie became Champion of a special-themed chocolate competition on Food Network’s CHOPPED.

The Evercake concept started as I was ordering flowers online while skimming Pinterest for my toddler's birthday cake. I wanted a beautiful cake that I could add to a cart and have delivered. Why didn't this exist? A few months later, The Evercake was born. We are different in that we are strictly buttercream based (no overworked fondant here). Our recipes are tried and true, slightly less sweet, and with designs aimed to be worthy of your celebrations. We don't have a traditional storefront with overhead to worry about it, which means we don't have to mark up our cakes to account for this.

Much to his surpise the bakery was much more than just breads, soon they would discover many talents needed to be learned and fast.

Erin has collaborated with world-renowned chefs and has put together dessert spreads at events to the stars of Silicon Valley and corporate clients including Google, Salesforce, and LinkedIn. She has had the privilege to work with Michelin-starred restaurants and some of the most influential makers in the culinary world.

Daniel Colonel loves telling stories through dessert. As a child, he was fascinated with food and always interested how it was made. He took his love for food, and sweet tooth to the Culinary Institute of America where he graduated in Baking and Pastry Management. Daniel's favorite part of the process is connecting with the couple and getting to know their love story. Wedding cakes with sugar flowers are his specialty but during the pandemic, he has began other sweet ventures including mini premium desserts that are served in cones and cookie boxes.

Tipsy scoop blends the magic of an artisanal, hand-crafted ice cream with the mastery of a perfectly mixed cocktail. My great, great, great grandfather, Achille, moved from his small mountaintop town of Picinisco, Italy to Glasgow, Scotland. He made ice cream at home and sold it from a pushcart as he walked the city streets. Eventually he opened his own ice cream shop and brought his sons into the business.

Duchess of Cameron is a woman-owned NYC- and Colorado-based high-end cake studio specializing in bespoke handpainted designs. Serving primarily special events — including weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate galas and VIP functions — cake artist and founder Grace "Grey" Pak takes inspiration from the most influential eras of art history to create one-of-a-kind works of art. From there, she worked with pastry legends, Jacques Torres & Colette Peters, and her wedding cakes have been featured editorially in "Brides" and "New York Magazine: Weddings."

Babka Bailout began as a way to help a friend struggling to make rent and feed her family during the pandemic. When founder/owner Michal Prevor learned about a fellow mom’s desperation, she immediately opened her heart, rolled up her sleeves and began baking towards a brighter future. Michal’s “babka fundraiser” facebook post quickly covered her friend Carmen’s expenses and soon evolved into Babka Bailout - a booming babka business committed to changing the world one babka at a time.
