At Brent Bakes, we only use the freshest ingredients to create unique taste together with the traditional, classic flavors. We are passionate about making the best and perfect wedding cake for each couple! We create the design or style of the cake based on your personality.     Carol did an incredible job baking our wedding cake and bringing our idea to life! She was very detailed and worked with us to really think about how to incorporate different aesthetic elements we wanted and think about the logistics. Her cakes are delicious - we loved both the salted caramel and turtle flavors - AND they are beautiful!

    Carol brought my cake dreams to life! She was super communicative throughout the entire process and truly cared about my vision. The cake tasting process was seamless and all of the cake flavors I tasted were extraordinary. My husband who doesn’t even like cake was obsessed with how light and airy the cake was and flavorful the frosting and fillings were. We had a stunning 2-tier mini tall cake and 48 cupcakes and all were executed with such care. The cupcakes were so moist and flavorful and the same with the cake. I’ve never seen the cake at a wedding disappear so fast, my guests loved it all. The design was better than I even imagined and I’m so grateful for Carol and all the care she put into giving me the most special cake and cupcakes. She is a true artist, in flavor and design! And I work in the culinary industry, my standards are super super high. You won’t regret working with Carol for your wedding.

    Carol makes the most beautiful cakes. Not only are they absolutely stunning, but they taste delicious. I had the pleasure of working with her to decorate a cake at old Mill Guest house in the Hudson Valley. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She creates works of art.
