A standout moment was during family photos when emotions were high. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we could simply say, “Kiara has the list,” and trust her to guide us. Later, when we needed lights dimmed for the dance floor, they handled it without a hitch. Even when the cake was delivered to the wrong location, they ensured it arrived perfectly. After the event, their thoughtfulness continued. When they picked up our items a few days later, we found a handwritten card with personal moments they cherished from working with us, along with a Polaroid from our first dance, humorously labeled as the “paw-rents” of our cats. Not only was the food beautiful to look at, it was absolutely delicious! Chef Sue thinks out of the box when it comes to food and will work with any tastes and budget. She goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and our guest raved about the food. From prepping to serving to cleanup, Chef Sue did it all so I could enjoy the party. She works quickly and efficiently and our guest loved her and the staff.

          We enjoyed collaborating with KG Fare on our dream wedding menu. They were flexible and supportive of our wedding vision, especially during the COVID period. They spent time with us to go over every single detail from the texture and flavor of the food to safety measures to the overall set up of tables, decorations and more. Weeks leading up to our big, special event, we were in constant communication via phone and email. On the big day, Peter and Josh and the crew were super attentive to us and our guests. The food was such a hit that our guests kept talking about it for days after the event. To this day, we still crave for everything on our menu because the food was scrumptious. KG Fare's check went beyond our expectation and made sure everything we talked about during the food tasting was incorporated on the actual event! We would work with KG Fare again in any future events that requires catering! Thank you!

Both as a photographer and florist myself, I am extremely visual and specific about how things are presented and AD blows it out of the water. While looks are important, for the actual product (food and delivery) to be such high quality is very rare and they always deliver. Alex has amazing taste and styling skills when it comes to design details. She is extremely professional to work with and her team is super friendly and reliable. AD Catering is truly unique from any catering and planning service I have ever worked with before and anyone would be so lucky to work with them!!

First off the booking experience was above and beyond with customer service, answering all of my questions promptly and with ease. My husband and I renewed our vows on a rooftop in New York City December 30. My husband and a lot of our guests enjoy oysters so I thought this would be the perfect addition to our reception! We had the pleasure of having Sophia as our Oystertainer for the evening. She was AMAZING!!! She was extremely friendly and helpful! I was not much of an oyster person before, but she had me try them a couple of different ways and I did find one that actually worked really well for me. If it wasn’t for her knowledge and guiding I probably would’ve never tried them and now I am a fan! The Oystertainer was really another amazing staple to our evening and I am so glad we were able to book them. I would book them each time I had an event if I was given the opportunity, I highly suggest you do the same!!!! You won’t regret it!!! Now I will have to wait until they expand to Oklahoma (hint,hint) to book again!

              Thanks to Tracy & George and their staffing team, our wedding day was far beyond what we ever dreamt of!!!! I will rewind back to when I first emailed Tracy about our wedding catering inquiry. She was super responsive and able to get us in for a tasting ASAP. We instantly were drawn to Platinum Party Planners because they offered a variety of catering packages and we were able to pick one that suited our budget. A lot of other caterers were firm with their pricing which is stressful! During the food tasting, Tracy sat with us to discuss our wedding day vision and took thorough notes while George cooked & served us the food. Because I did not have a "day of" planner to setup all my DIYs/decor, she said not to worry and her team would handle it (ummm AMAZING!!!!!!). At the tasting, we were blown away not only by the taste of everything, but the gorgeous plating! Everything was absolutely beautiful and screamed high end, even with our limited budget. We had our wedding at RGNY Riverhead and initially they wanted us to choose a caterer from their exclusive list. Tracy went out of her way to meet with the managers/staff at RGNY and thanks to her high level of professionalism and expertise, they allowed us to proceed with using Platinum at our caterer!!! Prior to the wedding, Platinum assembled a whole timeline/order of events for our wedding day (with my approval of course!). Fast forward to our wedding day, Tracy NAILED our decor instructions, food was delicious, and the staff was awesome!! Platinum also made up menu cards for each seat, UNREAL!! Tracy only approached me ONE time the whole wedding day and it was only to say hi and congratulations!! This showed me she had everything under control and didn't need my input on anything. Once the reception ended, the team thoroughly cleaned up and took care of disposing all the garbage. All this to say, I truly could not thank Platinum Party Planners enough. Tracy & George went above and BEYOND to make me the happiest and most stress-free bride in the world. I will forever look back on that day as the happiest day of my life.               I cannot sing this company's praises enough! We heard about them through a friend who was thrilled with her wedding catering through JAN NYC, so we booked them to do my bridal shower. We were so pleased that we had them do our engagement party. Now they are doing our wedding! Nick Miller, the head of the company, is your point of contact, and his awesome personality will make you feel so at ease. I didn't have to lift a finger for either event, really. I told him some basic ideas for a menu and theme, and he ran with it. He had so many great suggestions to give in keeping with my vision. He's extremely thorough and plans everything out to the tee. We were amazed at how seamless and perfect everything turned out, considering we ended up making last minute changes and adding 15 extra people last minute! Most importantly, the food is delicious and the presentation impeccable. I was very impressed with the creativity! The guests were raving about the food from both events. There is a very big selection to choose from...and it is great that they so versed in simple comfort food as well as fancy cuisine. Nick is now doing my wedding because I know I'm in the best hands. The selection of food was incredible, and they were even open to making customizations. We kept the food coming all night from the Fried Chicken Station at cocktail hour - a crowd favorite, don't miss it! To a late night snack of pretzels and dips, knowing that no one would leave hungry. Our guests are still raving about the food, including our chef friends, saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Also, try the family style dinner! Everyone loved the social way the food was served and enjoyed, and our guests are loved getting to try a little bit of everything. Do yourself a favor, and go with Fig and Pig, you won't regret it!

              Working with Purslane, and especially with Michaela and Justin, was a highlight of our wedding planning, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had such excellent partners in producing our event. The staff, especially Michaela and Justin, are responsive, friendly, accommodating, and professional; the space is gorgeous and beautifully maintained and operated; the food and drink were bountiful and delicious, and the service rivaled any of New York's fine restaurants. Best of all, the process of collaborating to make our wedding happen was easy and fun, and Michaela and Justin made us, the nervous engaged couple with a million things to manage, very confident that our day would not just go as planned, but would be a beautiful success. And indeed it was! Of all the people we worked with. Michaela and Justin deserve special mention. They are excellent communicators, responsive to the million questions and people that wedding planning entails. They are proactive collaborators, laying out a clear process and schedule not just for the day, but for the process of working to plan it. They provided useful, detailed documentation at every step of the way, including a very helpful list of recommended vendors. Every meeting with them was fun and friendly, but also productive, punctual and a good use of time. And of course, the food and wine tastings were delicious. Michaela and Justin were so helpful in giving us a sense of how the venue would perform in a situation we wouldn't get to experience until the day itself. They guided us expertly, making shrewd suggestions we might not have considered ("Since you have an open bar, we recommend choosing a heavier vegetarian entree.") My wife and I had a unique vision for our event, and these two not only assured us that it was possible, they worked with the park to accommodate myriad details, even down to the selection of lightbulbs. It's no exaggeration to say that without their help, the event would not have had the specific atmosphere we imagined, nor would it have been the roaring success that it was. All the confidence they inspired along the way paid off on the day, when Michaela, Justin, and their staff were a machine. The service was prompt, helpful, and invisible; the food was great, not losing too much in the translation from tasting to event; the wedding ran perfectly smoothly, with Purslane on top of the schedule, keeping the momentum of the night alive as they moved tables, served each course, operated the bars, and so on with perfect cadence. We are so, so grateful to Purslane for making our wedding a true dream come to life. Our only regret is not responding sooner to their lovely post-wedding thank you note, and for taking so long to write this review!
