Hello! My name is Ava. I’m a wife, mother to five and a cake and cookie artist. My grandma was a custom cake artist in NY for many years before she passed in 2018 so I grew up watching her create works of art. I would like to say that baking and creating runs in my blood and is not only a hobby of mines, but a true passion.

While I absolutely love what I do, I also use creating beautiful cakes as a way to stay connected to my grandma who was also a cake artist before her passing in 2018. Your special day and seeing your eyes light up from seeing your cake is what makes this passion of mines continue to ignite time and time again!

    Ava and her team at Ava's Cakes LLC were an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and personable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - the desserts they created for our wedding were not only delicious, but also beautifully detailed and presented. I initially hired Ava for my bridal shower, and her baked goods were so good that I just had to have her do our wedding as well. Everything, including our personal-sized wedding Oreo cheesecake, was absolutely amazing. My husband didn't even want to share it, it was that good! I will definitely be booking Ava's Cakes again in the future and highly recommend them to any couple looking for top-notch cakes and desserts for their special day.

    Our original baker cancelled on us two weeks before our wedding and I was panicking to find someone to make our wedding cake as all the bakeries I knew of all said they were booked. We were thankfully recommended to Ava by a family friend and even though she was booked as well she said she would do it. We are beyond thankful for Ava’s professionalism, talent and stark attention to detail. I don’t think anyone could have brought our vision to life like she did and we continue to use her to this day for all events and parties we have. Thank you again and again, Ava!
