I am NOT the best at planning big events so my wedding brought a lot of anxiety about making sure every detail was perfect for our big Serbian American wedding. Not only did Allison bring me comfort and eased my anxieties but she made sure my ideas came to life and that all the details fit my vision. Our wedding would not have been what it was without her. I felt my head spinning the weeks leading up to the wedding. Luckily Jessica remained so calm and collected the entire time. She was reassuring, and followed up multiple times just to check in. She had a natural touch for decor that made my wedding visions come true. She was vocal when necessary (I can sometimes be looked over when trying to give instructions - but Jessica did the work for me). I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator because of our tight budget but I was advised more often than not that a DOC is NECESSARY. I'm so glad we went ahead with one because I felt like I relaxed the whole day thanks to Jessica. She was a boss, incredibly professional, and yet still so friendly.

Working with Blair was probably the best decision we made during the process of planning our wedding. My husband and I both work 9-5 corporate jobs, and we knew that we needed to bring someone onto our “wedding team” that would help keep us on track with all of the milestones during the wedding planning process. From the get-go, over our 15-month planning period, Blair was always transparent about timing and was a master of following up regarding timelines, without ever badgering us or coming across as controlling. She spent over an hour discussing budgets with us and our families early on, to make sure that everything we planned stayed in the budget range that we’d all agreed upon. This was especially helpful during our venue and vendor selection process. She helped us find that blew our socks off, and also found us the most wonderful florist (@thelocalpetaler) who was able to provide us way more bang for our buck than any florist we’d be able to find on our own - a huge advantage. While we had our venue already picked out, Blair was able to recommend a food and beverage package with an available catering company that fell delivered us fantastic food and a premium beverage package that fit our budget. 

Leading up to the wedding, Blair was also a master in helping us coordinate our wedding day planning including family photos, transportation e.g. coordinating our bus between multiple hotels and the venue while making it easy for us to just focus on ourselves. The peace of mind that Blair brought us throughout the planning process, week of, and day of our wedding made having our wedding a cakewalk rather than a headache. Spending the money to hire Blair was the best decision we could’ve made for our wedding!

I reached out to so many planners/coordinators for my wedding and so many were either slow to respond or did not respond at all. Chelsea was prompt and excited to help, despite my wedding being quite the undertaking. I did my own (faux) flowers, which meant on top of regular day-of duties, she was putting up full floral arrangements, lighting hundreds of candles, and putting together tons of other small details and finishing touches. I can't emphasize this enough - our day would not have come together in the way that it did without her. She was on top of everything and truly made my vision come to life. She was helpful in dealing with other vendors as well, and did everything with a smile on her face. When I came to her days before my wedding with a crazy new surprise, she was down to help. As an Entertainment Director/Event Manager myself, I’m blown away by Franklin. It was important for me to hire someone I could trust to handle the organization for my wedding day. After our first meeting with Franklin, I knew he understood what we wanted. I was thrilled to know he was available for our wedding, and I feel like we couldn’t have made a better choice. Before the wedding day, I was so relieved when Franklin came over to pick up all the decor. He even stopped by on the morning of the wedding to check on us and pick up any last-minute items. This alone really touched me because many people don’t go that extra mile, but Franklin does! I was seriously stressing about how to get those items delivered, and Franklin came right along and eased all that stress! He took our ideas and exceeded our expectations. We are Funko Pop collectors, so we wanted a fun way to incorporate them into our wedding decor, and he did it with ease. He surprised us several times throughout the event, and those memories are some of my favorite moments. When he revealed the reception dining room, which he had decorated for us, I was filled with chills. I couldn’t believe he took my simple idea and made it look so GRAND; it was next level. Then we walked over to the cookie and cake table, where I was seriously at a loss for words. I was blown away by the details he displayed in his decorating. It seemed like a scene from a movie. Before walking down the aisle, we learned that one of our food caterers was extremely late delivering the food and potentially wasn’t going to deliver it at all. Franklin was calm but still urgent in his demeanor, and I totally appreciated his proactive professionalism. Moments like these can really test any event coordinator's patience and could cause a domino effect. I don’t know exactly what happened or what he did, but all the food was there and ready to be served when it was time to eat. Our guests LOVED our wedding. They all mentioned how different and elevated our wedding was, and I’m 100% sure that had a lot to do with Franklin’s hard work. We wanted something unique, and he delivered. Overall, I’m truly grateful to have met Franklin and want to also shine some light on his assistant, Will. Both of their A, fun, efficacious attitudes just make everything better. I was able to kick back and watch my wedding day unfold beautifully. For those who work in events/entertainment, you know how hard it is to go to any event and not feel like you’re working, especially your own event (lol). Franklin is a star, and I’m sure he’s going to go far in the event business. He understands the importance of an event and how each event is personally unique. Most importantly, he takes the time to know and understand his clients.

The ceremony & help with our vows was 500 The rehearsal & mileage fee was 300. The partial coordinating was 1400. For a total of 2200 highly recommend..

I don’t even know where to begin to thank Cylee for the amazing job she did at our wedding. I originally had another planner that made me dread planning my wedding. 3 weeks prior to the wedding I decided to drop the old planner and go with Cylee, who was introduced to me by my photographer Arleigh. From the first meeting Cylee left such a great impression on both my husband and I. She was so organized, professional , and had a clear list of what needed to get done. The 3 weeks prior to the wedding went by so fast, but Cylee made those last 3 weeks feel like such a breeze. She communicated between the vendors and us, and always kept us informed on every little step. She made all the calls and emails, which really helped us so much. The day of the rehearsal, she came with copies of the timeline for all of us. She went through every detail and walked us through the game plan of the day. Later that night she checked in with me to see how we were doing. Even just the small sincere gesture of a simple text with words of encouragement, was more than enough to ease our minds for the big day. I have no words to describe just how magical and perfect the day of the wedding was. Cylee came bright and early to help with decor, vendors, a stressed out bride and stressed out parents. She was always coming in to check up on me, while still coordinating everything else. She was literally with us every step of the way. Our venue required a room flip, and she handled it with such speed and perfection. When we were introduced and walked in to the dinner area for the first time, I could not believe how beautiful she had arranged everything. I had no plan for the sweetheart table, but she arranged it so beautifully I felt like I was in a fairytale. My husband is not much of the dreamer type, but even he said that, he finally understood what it felt like to describe something as magical and dreamy. Cylee did such an amazing job that I had many guest come up to me to say how wonderful she was. Everyone loved her! And We loved her! Cylee is so kind, sincere, organized, passionate, caring and overall just an amazing person to have in your life. Her planning services were worth every penny. Because of her, our wedding came out better than we had ever imagined, and we created memories of a lifetime. She exceeded every expectation and honestly you will not regret hiring Cylee.

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Was referred to ESA from someone in my opinion whom was less than professional in her communication. So there was a little trepidation at first. However, from our first interaction with Christena at ESA to the end of the event Christena conducted herself in a professional and exceptional manner. From her initial communication, to vendor recommendations to all of the questionnaires to ensure the events moved smoothly were all investments that showed Christena cared. We used ESA for day of wedding coordination as well as a surprise birthday party the day before the wedding g. Yep, busy, busy, busy. Christena was there for a walk through at the venue which was 2 hours from her home base. She stayed in contact throughout the months leading up the the events and take the lead with vendor a onto or so before. She helped to keep us on track and was available via email with short turn around times. Although their was a LOT of planning prior to the wedding, Christena was more than helpful keeping us on track and ensuring the wedding day could be enjoyed without worrying about last minute pop up issues, and there were a few. Her team was able to resolve a bartender issue causing minimal interruption for guests. In the end Christena felt more like a guest as much as a vendor for each event. We are grateful for the service Christena provided and would highly recommend her and her company, ESA to anyone wanting a coordinator to help ease the stresses of such and important and joyous day!!
