    As a wedding photographer, I've collaborated with MANY planners... Haylie truly stands out. Her energy is infectious, creating a warm & thoughtful atmosphere for everyone. She is professional, organized, and a great communicator while also remaining down-to-earth & just super lovable. The wedding we worked together was expertly run. Her calming yet diligent presence allowed the couple to relax and have fun, and supported us in focusing solely on our artistry (uncommon, honestly!).     Working with Haylie was such an amazing experience! She was continually behind the scenes making sure everything was going smoothly and addressing any unexpected issues. This allowed the bride and groom to enjoy the day without any worry. What makes Haylie unique, is not only was she able to focus on the bride and groom, but she was also continually helping guests and vendors. There were moments when she was gluing guest's shoes back together or even delivering meals to vendors to ensure they had eaten throughout the day. Haylie's kind, organized, and willing to go above and beyond to give her bride and groom exactly what they envisioned. Make the right choice and be sure Haylie is in charge of your day!

    We have had the pleasure of working with Haylie and Heirloom Event Company for a few Weddings. From our initial first phone conversation, we knew that the couple Mirella and Ian were in great hands because Haylie spoke very passionately about how to make their day a success. Haylie sent over a wonderfully detailed timeline with very important information pertaining to all of the vendors, which helped us be on the same page with the other vendors and make sure everything runs smoothly. Throughout the day, Rebecca made sure all the vendors stayed on track and would come to check on us often to make sure we were good and rolling. This was the first of many weddings we've had the pleasure of working on together and we are looking forward to a few dates in the next few weeks. Whenever a couple asks for a wedding coordinator we will more than gladly recommend Heirloom Event Company!
