BW Studio+Events
BW Studio+Events is a Chicago-based event coordination and planning group serving Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. The Studio focuses on intimate weddings with unique flair and lots of personal touches. Blair founded BW Studio after hosting a number of non-profit events and finding herself completely immersed in the process. Once she realized her knack for event organization and planning, the studio was quickly born.
BW Studio wants your wedding to be as unique as you two are! We always strive to tell a complete story of the couple with every event we plan. We also aim to be as digital of a company as possibly allowed by the creative nature of this industry. Tools will be made available to you 24/7 through our online platform, and we will try to keep paper use to a minimum. We consider it part of our mission to reduce waste whenever possible. Let’s chat about ways to ‘green up’ your wedding… with or without eucalyptus.

BW Studio is the best!!
BW Studio is truly the best planning team we could have asked for—especially for our Mexican-American wedding! From our first meeting, Blair and Neva knew exactly what the vision was and fully executed it. They helped us blend two cultures so beautifully, from the ceremony to the reception. I really appreciated their attention to detail, always thinking one step ahead and ensuring the day went smoothly. So so grateful to have partnered with them and cannot say enough good things about them. They are the best!!

Blair and her team, Elly and Neva, were lifesavers for our wedding! We met her team during an open house for The Brix, the venue where we had our reception. We found out that my cousin was also working with her for his wedding and he had the most amazing things to say so we knew we were in good hands! Blair is easy to talk to and work with, professional, kind, understanding, and extremely organized! She helped us stick to our budget, coordinate with other vendors, and gave us so many recommendations and options for high quality vendors. Blair is extremely responsive! We loved how quickly she was responding to any questions we had and I also really appreciated the nudges on deadlines! We have extremely busy schedules and we travel often, so the frequent reminders and check-ins were crucial. We were grateful that there were scheduled talks intermittently throughout the planning process. It really helped us manage the timeline and logistics. If you’re a Type-A Bride, you will love the website they put together to help keep things organized (seating chart, vendors etc). On the big day, Blair and her team ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy ourselves. My husband and I highly recommend BW Studio for anyone looking to make their wedding stress-free and memorable!

BW Studio Events was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I decided to plan it with my fiancé and we immediately felt overwhelmed. Neva and Blair helped keep us on track and then coordinated with all of the vendors. They were a phone call away if I ever felt the need to discuss anything and always had great suggestions when I felt stuck. Our wedding day was perfect and I couldn't have done it without Neva and Blair's help. Thanks ladies!!

Hi Blair! We're finally emerging from the afterglow from our wonderful event. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize all the hard work you put into it to make it the dream wedding our daughter envisioned and that we were hoping to give her. The evening time line worked out perfectly. You kept everything flowing smoothly and seamlessly. It was such a relief knowing that you were there on the “day of" to handle any last-minute details and ensure everything went according to plan. We had confidence that everything that needed to be there got to the event, was set out, and then returned to us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! You did such an amazing job of keeping us on task at every stage of the planning. We appreciated our meetings together to help us to focus on what needed to be done and when and working hand-in-hand with our vendors along the way.
