About Sips on the Hudson - Meet our custom renovated trailer that fits anywhere. The trailers interior is mostly wood with a semi industrial vibe. We are based in the Hudson Valley and travel to serve Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, NJ, PA and CT. Our Mobile Bar offers the full bartending experience while serving our delicious made-to-order Flapjacks. We use all natural ingredients for our hand crafted cocktails and mocktails which are served in tossware.

    Sips on the Hudson were outstanding. I hired them for my duaghters bridal shower. It was easy. From making the reservation, to setting up the truck. It was all so simple, professional and clean. It was a hit. My guests loved it. The pancakes are delicious. They offer a variety of toppings and everything is fresh. The custom drinks were to die for. I highly recommend them. I will definately be using them again for any future event. Hopefully a baby shower.

    This company is absolutely Amazing in every aspect. My guests loved their cocktails and flapjacks. From the moment they got to the venue you their high energy and good vibes showed. The owner even made unexpected mocktails for the kids and refused to charge me. The trailer is adorable and they are affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone.
