I cannot say enough great things about working with Jaime! She truly made the stressful experience so easy. From the time I met her at a bridal show, up until even now after wedding day, Jaime has been a pleasure to work with. Communication is amazing, she’s so incredibly supportive, professional, and detail oriented! She took our wild idea of a Tim Burton-esque theme and made it come to life. The day was even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined or hoped for. My husband originally wasn’t sure a wedding planner was even worth the cost, but as the day got closer, he was so thankful we had her part of our team. Connie and Justine were honestly our saving grace!! No task/request was too big or too small for them to help with! They listening, they understood, they perfected everything to make the day perfect!! Connie was the main source of communication — she answered texts and emails very quickly, and was very thorough going through the timeline to make sure everything was PERFECT! We had a lot of vendors coming in and a lot of moving parts that needed to come together for the day to be a success! Connie was able to communicate with them all, reached out to one I hadn’t heard from in a while, and even went above and beyond to call and confirm a few orders even the day before to make sure everything was set! I was able to let go of control, and trust that connie would bring it all to life! The day was perfect!!!! And i cannot thank Beautiful Crazy Coordinator enough for everything!!!!!

The title says it all... Emily is IN-CRED-I-BLE!!! We worked with Emily for well over a year on our wedding and she handled anything and everything that we needed help with. Whether it was finding vendors/venues and contacting them, handling paperwork, setting up calls, tours, etc., Emily put our mind at ease with it and took care of it. She's also incredibly personable and fun to talk to! By the time our wedding came, it was bittersweet because we had looked forward to our weekly calls with her! On the day of our wedding Emily was a superhero..... She helped set things up, make sure everything ran smoothly, helped tear down at the end of the night, and packed our car with decorations and things we had brought for us so we had nothing to worry about. We HIGHLY highly highly (I'll say again) HIGHLY recommend hiring Emily for ANY event, but definitely hire her if you're getting married!! She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). Bellazevents LLC and the owner Veneisha, was an outstanding decorator, florist, day of Cordinator, and caterer that went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. From the very beginning, her communication was proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough. Our day-of coordinator, Veneisha, created a detailed timeline over a month in advance and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Veneisha put out our dance floor props, cut our extra wedding cake, brought in our late night food and cleaned up the venue to make sure we weren't charged any extra fees. She even packed away all of our supplies for easy pick up following the wedding night. Veneisha and the entire Bellazevents team were truly the best part of our wedding planning experience. In a heartbeat, I would use their services again. They did so much to make our day perfect, from their beautiful handmade floral arrangements to vendor recommendations and guest gift tips. Veneisha went above and beyond the industry standard, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. My husband and I agree that hiring Ohana and being able to work with Sonya was the best investment we would do all over again, and we recommend them to everyone. I wish I had hired Sonya sooner! Best wedding coordinator of all time. It is true, Ohana means family, and that is exactly how the team treats you.

Kaila is an absolute must-have at your wedding! She was the wedding day-of coordinator for my sister’s wedding in Detroit, and we loved her. When I started planning my wedding in Traverse City and Kaila agreed to join us as my wedding month-of coordinator, I was thrilled. She is amazing to work with! Leading up to the wedding, we met several times to go over all the details of the wedding. She orchestrated all the details and timelines with our vendors in the weeks before the wedding. She brought table numbers, cards boxes, easels, etc so we didn’t need to. She responded to questions quickly and made me (and my mom!) feel so relaxed. The bridal party / other VIP's LOVED the detailed timeline/itinerary that Colleen prepared and distributed prior to the wedding.
