We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. We have been in business since 2021. Once you book with us you get us from day one. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. The day of we are on 200% for you from set up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track and where they need to go. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have expanded and are taking more weddings reach out to see if your date is available
People ask what does a day of coordinator do? The day of your wedding is full of things that need to be done from setting up the venue to setting up the decor to setting up the food tables in such a short amount of time. We are there to help take that off of you, so that your day is a happy day . We also offer decor items from arches to candles that you can borrow free of charge when you book with us. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love and look at you as family not clients. We want this to be stress free for you and your family. Set back and relax. Wonderful Helpers!
I cannot express enough how amazing Connie and Justine were during our wedding planning process. From our very first meeting, they exuded professionalism and creativity, making us feel completely at ease. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. Every aspect of the day flowed seamlessly, thanks to their incredible organization and foresight. From the moment we booked Beautiful Crazy Coordinator, we knew we were in good hands. Connie and Justine were incredibly responsive, detailed, and direct in their communication, putting our minds at ease throughout the entire planning process. Their work was truly invaluable - they were absolute life savers, providing creative and calming problem-solving at every turn. On the day of our wedding, they went above and beyond, picking up our wedding cake, setting up the ceremony and reception spaces, and even providing additional decor when something didn't work. When my cake stand didn't fit the board, Connie ran home to get an extra one she had. Justine was with me before I walked down the aisle, helping to calm my nerves and fix my dress and veil. They even noticed I had forgotten to set up my phone to record the ceremony, and Connie stepped in to record it on her own phone so I wouldn't miss that important moment. We are forever grateful to Connie and Justine for making our wedding day truly perfect.

Connie and Justine from Beautiful Crazy Coordinators were absolutely phenomenal during our wedding rehearsal and wedding day. They handled every little detail so that as the bride, I was able to focus on getting ready and enjoy my time with the guests. Both Connie and Justine are so sweet and have the calmest demeanors - with them by my side on my special day, I was not stressed at all. Any task or errand that I asked, they would accomplish it. They set up my entire wedding and really paid attention to detail with what I had envisioned. Connie and Justine even packed up my entire wedding at the end of the night and organized countless boxes and decorations. Prior to the wedding, they even went to pick up several desserts. No task was too big, and they handled the timeline throughout the day and any hectic situation they solved promptly and quickly. I would give them a 1000/10 as a review rating!
