First off, if you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner look no further. Cassie is THE best!! We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. For busy people like my wife and me, it was a huge weight off our shoulders. We've watched all our friends plan their own weddings, and the stress it adds to your life just isn't worth it. You want to have fun, not a year's worth of additional chores. I could go on about how Catalina took our out-of-the-box ideas and brought them to life -- a movie poster, seconds looks that look like they belonged at the Met Gala, etc -- but the bottom line is this: she works unbelievably hard and dedicates the entire month leading up to your wedding for only you. On your big day, she is running around like a Taylor Swift concert coordinator, lining everything up so you just have to smile for the photos and remember your vows. We had so many friends who said our wedding was the most coordinated (and fun) they've ever been to. Others have told us how the event planner who came with their venue wasn't great. That person is looking out for the venue's interest, not yours, and often on the wedding day they'll disappear. Catalina is always within shouting distance and has eyes on you the whole time. The upfront cost of bringing on a planner is manageable. Find 10% of your wedding budget and dedicate it to her for the best results. Instead of fancy plates and tableware, go standard. Bring down the guest list if possible. Those sacrifices are worth it to afford her perfection.

She didn't insist on anything ("No hair & make-up? No problem!") but offered sound advice when she knew an element was essential. The wedding was at a large family property in a small village and involved the complexity of creating the "venue" from scratch. She made the planning process manageable and the wedding weekend a joy. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Kate Jubboori.

Thanks to Jen, we could relax, stay off email, and avoid the stress of chasing down hard-to-reach vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Jen was present from the start of setup through the very last moments of the wedding. Her ability to quickly adapt was remarkable; for instance, when the florist arrived with a larger-than-expected chuppah, she seamlessly adjusted the room layout, making it even better than originally planned. When the cake wasn’t prepped on time for pick-up (completely out of our control!), Jen calmly coordinated its delivery directly to the venue. Jen’s attention to detail and anticipation of needs were exceptional. For example, I had planned an outfit change, and when the time came, everything was ready: my dress was out of the garment bag, my shoes were unboxed, and it was all set up for a seamless transition. She even labeled waters for us and our officiants, ensuring we're taken care of without a second thought. We trusted Jen implicitly - she even brought my wedding dress back home with our keys. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and thoughtful care made all the difference on our wedding day. We’d recommend Jen again and again!

Liv truly stepped up for the ceremony to make sure all of our requests happened, even with changes happening the day before. The reception was perfect and Liv made sure our vision became a reality. Lauren is both of these things. If you are fortunate enough to be reading this review before she is completely booked for the year, consider yourself very lucky. I’d describe myself to be a relatively organized and budget-conscious person. A month-of-coordinator was an expense that I initially hoped to avoid…. believe me when I say hiring Lauren was the best decision we made to ensure my husband and I and all of our loved ones enjoyed the day fully. She did so much for us that I honestly cannot list it all. This girl LOVES her job and is out there to make your day happen. She is somehow everywhere all at once - but not in-your-face at all. She is super responsive, so detailed, and somehow, makes every interaction lovely and relaxed while also being firm and getting the job done. She will go to bat for you, she will capture the hearts of your vendors and families, she will have you and your spouse talking about how wonderful she is after every meeting you have with her. Abiola and her team at ABIBI Bridal were nothing short of phenomenal! As a type-A person, I tend to get anxious about the details, but Dacia worked her magic to keep me calm, stress-free, and fully present throughout the day. And Francis—wow, what can I say? The groom and his groomsmen couldn’t stop raving about him. He brought the perfect energy, kept the guys entertained, and made sure everyone was having a blast. Haitian weddings are famously known to run late, but Abiola made sure we started on time—this was a huge priority for me, and she nailed it! From the moment I met Abiola, I knew I was in the best hands. She flawlessly managed our large wedding party (35 people, no less!) without even breaking a sweat. Her attention to detail and calm under pressure made everything run like clockwork.
