Michele was our full wedding planner. Our wedding went perfect without a single hitch and it was all thanks to Michele. We had the caterer for our rehearsal dinner drop out one week before the event and Michele found us a replacement within an hour; and the replacement caterer was a slam dunk. Everyone loved the food. On the day of the wedding and rehearsal dinner Michele and Dan did everything. And I mean everything. She set up tables, positioned flowers and welcome signs and seating charts. She ironed over disagreements with vendors and never once did we have to lift a finger. It is a common saying that the bride and groom never enjoy their own wedding but we thoroughly had a blast at ours thanks to Michele. Angie, you were absolutely incredible to work with. We had a wonderful time partnering with Angie to create our dream wedding. She was recommended to us by our venue, The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, and we are so happy we chose her! Angie has such a positive personality, always kept everything under control, and never let us feel overwhelmed. It was so smooth at times we wondered what we were forgetting, and Angie always reassured us that we had it all covered. She did it ALL - from getting our vendor rates and availability sorted to showing us all our options and details that made the day come to life. Where do we even begin? Before hiring Clémence, we met over a video call, getting to know each other to make sure we worked well together. We think this is an essential step in choosing any wedding planner, since ideas need to be communicated in both directions. Being on the same page about the vision of your wedding is key. It did not take long at all for us to know that she was the absolute best choice for us. Clémence is incredibly friendly and holds herself to such a high standard, and that shows in the work she does. She has an entire process for planning that includes timelines of when things are to be done, vendors are to be booked, and more. Everything is laid out clearly, and she checks in regularly to make sure things are on track. These timelines start from several months before the wedding and go all the way down to the day itself. She makes it known that she wants your day to be exactly how you want it and works hard to achieve that. Whenever we had a new idea or a modification to an existing one, she was always open to hearing it and working to make it happen. We went with an Italian garden-style theme for our wedding, and Clémence executed that vision perfectly. We somehow seemed to be on the same wavelength about everything. Not only did she follow through on executing our ideas, but she also incorporated her own input that fit into the wedding and expanded on it perfectly. As first-time bride and groom, we struggled with knowing how to budget properly. Clémence helped us spend in places where it made the most sense for us and save on things we didn't need. Bit of a random anecdote, but we wanted to have pizza at the end of our afterparty. Our initial search was going to have us spending hundreds of dollars to have standard pizzas delivered to our venue. Clémence saved the day when she found an even closer shop that made heart-shaped pizzas for a fraction of the cost. As Clémence has been doing this for a while now, she's gained rapport with several vendors and was able to speak to the quality of their work and service. This took so much pressure off of us, since we didn't merely have to trust the sales pitch of whatever vendors we happened to find on our own. Once we had our vendors locked in, Clémence took care of managing timelines for each, such as when to meet with them, choosing items for the wedding, and payment schedules. Not only does she work her hardest when she's by your side, she also has your back when you don't even notice. Nearly a month after the wedding, we found out that our venue's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to our vendors. This forced everyone to work at 110% to compensate for the lack of assistance. However, the way Clémence handled this was with such grace and professionalism that we didn't notice, nor did any of our guests, that things weren't running smoothly. Her integrity is truly inspiring. As cheesy as it may sound, we've gained a genuine lifelong friend in Clémence. The influence and quality of her work extend far beyond wedding planning. If it wasn't clear already, we cannot recommend Clémence enough. Her work speaks for itself and was by far the best investment we made for our wedding.

After booking my wedding venue early this year, I found Serene Events and Design on my venue coordinator's recommended vendor list, which led me to Korina. Right from the start, she responded so promptly and professionally that I was genuinely impressed by how on top of everything she was. Since I didn't grow up in the U.S., planning a Western-style wedding felt unfamiliar and overwhelming. I had my own ideas and vision but wasn't sure how to bring them to life. Korina was the only planner I reached out to, and I felt so lucky she was available. It really felt like fate to have found such a dependable and supportive planner. From the beginning, I felt completely overwhelmed, but Korina's guidance, timelines, monthly to-do lists, and vendor recommendations helped me get on track. Balancing work, life, and wedding planning was not easy, but Korina's support made it all so much more manageable. After reading her reviews and seeing photos of her work, I knew Korina was the one. What stood out most was how Korina respected my personal style and was willing to coordinate many design and planning elements to match my vision. She would text and call to check in and ask if I needed assistance with anything. If I started to stress on something, she would handle it. As a mom, and full time student, who was buying a house, and planning a wedding, she brought ease to the wedding planning process. She had her own baby during this time as well! My reception space turned out beautiful thanks to her, her assistant and my mother-in-law's (and some family) diligent help/work. She sent me pictures of the venue space as I hid out waiting for my ceremony. She is very kind, and I think she did a great job!

What can I say. I was always told weddings were stressful, expensive, and I’d regret not spending the money on something else. I believe without Kari, this might have been the case. I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding. It is worth every minute for a consultation with her and if you decide to hire Feathered Arrow, it is worth every dollar you spend. Haitian weddings are famously known to run late, but Abiola made sure we started on time—this was a huge priority for me, and she nailed it! Background of Our Wedding: Our wedding was in early April 2024 in San Luis Obispo, CA with a bit less than 40 guests. However, a big challenge was that we had our Ceremony venue at a different location than the Reception venue. We really needed a coordinator that wouldn’t shy from this challenge. Booking & Before the Month-of: We found Tiffany on Zola & booked her almost right away. Tiffany was very transparent with pricing and expectations of service. She was ready to answer any questions we had. If you feel like you’re unsure what you’re looking for, she has an answer for you or at least help guide you to know what you might want for your big day. It is a big plus that her website with the booking process was easy and straightforward. We got Tiffany for Month-of Coordination but it feels like she was with us along the way of the almost-a-year planning process. The Month-of: This is when you will be working with Tiffany the most! I enjoyed every single meeting, phone calls, and brief texts with her. Meeting with Tiffany helps me pull together our vision much better day by day. She helped me believe that we could achieve it all. Since we’re from out of town, she made sure that we’d meet up whenever we could to ensure everything would be in place for the big day. The Rehearsal: Tiffany was indeed the first one to be at the venue with our binder printed out. (I most definitely forgot to print my binder for her.) She greeted all of my wedding party with the most warm welcome, which we appreciated very much and felt very comfortable working with her. We had specific requests on timing of the processional and she made it work! After the rehearsal, we definitely felt that we were very ready for the big day. The Day-of: It’s time for you to let go. Because I promise you, Tiffany and her awesome team got it! I saw her the morning of & I felt so calm because I knew Tiffany was going to perform her magic for us. Tiffany’s team magically set up our Ceremony Venue in just an hour. By the time I arrived at the venue, things were already in place & neat. It was a great feeling to see your vision coming alive. I remember I was able to just toss my car key to Tiffany’s team member & they immediately understood what I needed. Everything from then on was just very on-schedule and beautiful. Tiffany dealt with our families with the uttermost grace and patience. There was nobody I’d trust more than her to carry out our day. I did not have to worry about anything. We just enjoyed our day the most. The End: Tiffany somehow packed up everything neatly for us and even some of our vendors - like a fairy godmother. She sent us a long text of where things were and even returned things for us to our vendors. Exactly what we needed! Made our day-after MUCH better. Tiffany, Sean, & Katie - We cannot thank you enough. We can’t wait to plan our few-year anniversary with you. Keep on shining.

I had a very unique style wedding and most of it I tried to do DIY. In a nutshell, it became extremely overwhelming for me, so I asked my planner Rebecca to assist.
