Jeanette was absolutely incredible for our wedding!! From start to finish, she provided great insight to the wedding process. She provided great recommendations for vendors and advice on what decisions needed to be made next. Planning a destination wedding is difficult because you are not there to see and meet with the vendors in person, Jeanette visited the venue for us and coordinated with all the vendors on when to arrive, where to park, etc. We had a time change last minute and she contacted everyone so I did not have to. On the day of the wedding, she was beyond wonderful. She coordinated everything in our vision and handled everything for the day down to the smallest details. I did not stress at all and was truly able to enjoy the day because of her. Jeanette ran to get more ice and water as she saw we may run low. Many of our guest reached out to say how impressed they were with the setup of our venue. Additionally, my wedding was intimate with 20 people and she fit in with the guests perfectly and many people loved talking and getting to know her. I could not recommend working with Jeanette more. She was a HUGE part of why our wedding was so amazing. Thank you Grand Teton Events!!!

When you think of your wedding, all you can hope for is nothing will go wrong, and if it does, it will be small. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. I knew I would be a tough client for any wedding planner - I have worked for over a decade as a Production Coordinator for tv, theater, dance, music and special events, and I am meticulous when it comes to logistics and details. Our beautiful venue Juniper Mountain House is an incredibly unique location, and because of that they smartly partner with McArthur Weddings and Events to be part of their venue fee, getting planner services 60 days out from the wedding. That arrangement was perfect for me since I wanted to plan most of my wedding myself and then be able to pass it off to someone I could trust to execute my vision. When we first met with Laura and Zoe from McArthur, I could tell we were in the best of hands. The documentation alone (including a color coded checklist timeline to keep me on schedule for the planning I did myself) was a work of beauty, and both Laura and Zoe were so easy to work with, offered advice and suggestions about how to best achieve what we were going for, and were absolutely rockstars on the day of. We had a bunch of variables - my 100 lbs sweet but powerful pup was in our ceremony and signing our marriage license, we decided to shuttle all of our guests to Evergreen from Boulder about 45 min away using both party buses and car services at a variety of departure/arrival times, my husband and I wanted to not see each other until I walked down the aisle - which in a small outdoor venue can definitely be a challenge, and in classic Colorado summer fashion we got a big rainstorm mid-ceremony. But absolutely everything went perfectly! When it started raining, Laura and Zoe moved our lounge furniture to be spread out under the various covered spaces and were on hand with clear umbrellas (one of my favorite photos is of us in the woods right after the ceremony having a moment under the umbrella in the rain). They coordinated with my dog sitter in picking up my beast of a pup and getting him and all of his things home safely so I could be worry free. My crazy transportation plan all happened and I heard nothing about it, which is the ideal. I truly can’t thing of one thing I would go back and change, and that was in huge part to the McArthur - including their day of champ assistant Molly! We’ll be forever grateful that the McArthur team gave us our dream day!

Angie is simply amazing. My fiancée and I contacted many wedding coordinators to inquire about their services, but no one was as detailed, organized, and friendly as Angie. Although we hired Angie as a coordinator to tie up the loose end and coordinate the day of the wedding, she kept in constant communication since our first contact to understand our vision and help us plan our wedding. To our surprise Angie already knew the staff at the Venue and also knew the ins and outs of planning a wedding there. She helped us plan the wedding down to the very small details. Angie is very knowledgeable and has great vendor relationships in Santa Barbara and the central coast. She was able to provide many vendor recommendations that worked out great and she provided us with honest feedback to allow us to choose the best vendors for us. Angie was lovely to work with. We had a large wedding list and a 28 person wedding party. Angie and her team not only were able to keep everyone on time, but they also made sure everyone was enjoying the day. Our friends and family still talk about how amazing our wedding was. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on.
