About Anchor G
Anchor G
Owner Abbey Cook splits her time between Montana and New York City and plans weddings and events all over the country. An aspiring Rancher, she is learning the art of animal husbandry and growing blooms for custom floral arrangements. In her spare time she is renovating an 1880s mansion in Downtown Helena with her three rescue dogs, ten chickens, and incredibly tolerant husband.
The Anchor G was originally our family cattle brand. From the Anchor G to the Tatum Bar, to the idyllic Wynnewood, Oklahoma of the 1960s - we are constantly seeking to revive that spirit of independence, entrepreneurship and fierce creativity that led so many of our families west in every service we offer. We hope that working with us will inspire you to feel the beauty of the American West and the exhilaration of creating a unique experience of truly gathering with those you love - much like our family gathered around the ranch table for generations.

Weekend Long Camp Wedding
It's not easy to handle the logistics of a weekend-long wedding event, but Abbey was a rock throughout the whole planning process! She was there with her creative touch from the early days of talking about my vision to the actual day of the wedding where she turned one of the disco balls that arrived broken into an incredible centerpiece. Abbey truly is one-of-a-kind and she brings all of her talents to every meeting. Her ability to work under pressure was outstanding. Having her in my corner all weekend was a huge weight off my and my family’s shoulders and we were able to truly enjoy our time together.
Fall Wedding at Sage
Abbey at Anchor G is by far the best wedding planner you could ever hope for. She is so kind, professional, and genuinely works so hard to make your day magical. She is responsive and handles everything for you, which takes all the pressure off! She dealt with all our vendors and tackled any issues during the planning process with quickness and ease. She provided recommendations for vendors she trusts, and her company has insanely good prices for rentals (we did tables, chairs, an aisle for outside, candles, etc.). Their bespoke package with all florals was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. The florals were one of my absolute favorite parts of the whole thing! I literally cannot sing higher praises of Abbey and this company, just an absolute dream to work with!!
A Magical Experience
From the very beginning, Abbey and her team were instrumental in guiding us through the process. Their timely responses to our countless questions and their seamless communication of the wedding timeline put our minds at ease. They went above and beyond by accommodating a visit prior to the big day, allowing us to tour the venue in person. This personal touch meant the world to us, as it helped us visualize how our day would unfold. One of the standout aspects of our experience with Anchor G was the way Abbey and her team connected us with local vendors in the area. Their extensive knowledge of the region's wedding industry was evident, and every vendor they recommended spoke highly of the venue. This created a sense of cohesion and teamwork among all involved in our wedding, ensuring a smooth and harmonious event.
