My name is Steph Stanglin and I am an experienced wedding and special event planner! My goal is to create lifelong memories for my couple through beautiful, customized bridal events. Some fun facts about me are: I have 2 cats (Milo and Kiro) and 1 dog (Rory), My goal is to visit every state and continent before I turn 40, I'm a certified Swiftie, and Reality TV and chocolate are my guilty pleasures. Most likely to be seen carrying a binder and crying at first looks and vows.

I balance creating your dream day with having the best planning experience - the best of both worlds (yes I just made a Hannah Montana reference - millennial problems). I want my couples to feel like they've stumbled across a new best friend when they find me, someone who is supportive, listens, and laughs at everything under the sun with you, like when you get so emotional you mess up on the "repeat after me" vows or someone splits their pants on the dance floor from busting a move (believe me it happens, just laugh and roll on!).

Description	The Signature package, this is designed for couples who want to take the stress out of wedding planning. I will manage vendor selection and negotiation, bring your aesthetic vision to life, and keep on eye on the budget.	The "Elevated" package, designed for couples who want help planning their special day, but already have the date and vendors booked. I'll support you with everything logistics related, as well as frequent check-ins, a customized comprehensive planning tool, and being a point of contact for family and wedding party.	The Classic package, designed for couples who have planned everything and need someone to implement it. This package is focused on logistics - timelines, vendor coordination, ceremony rehearsal, setting and cleaning up decor, and general day of assistance.

I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.

Your wedding will be my sole focus for the weekend, no matter which package you book with me!

I launched my business in January 2024 after eight years of event planning. So far I have done two solo weddings; I am also an assistant for highly-sought after full service-only wedding planner in Charlotte, NC. Every wedding I work on is highly customized; no two are the same. My favorite vibes are dreamy (lots of beautiful flowers) and modern (clean lines and chic looks), but I can do anything from dramatic to simple, vintage to outdoorsy weddings. I am the owner and solo planner of SC Signature Celebrations. On wedding day, I am the lead coordinator - for weddings of greater than 50 guests, I will have an assistant to help me with set up/clean up and other tasks; greater than 125, I bring 2.

Lead up - this depends on the package: - Coordination - two calls - at one month for sharing information and at week of for last minute tasks - Partial Planning - coordination + eight calls (total of one per month) - discuss tasks for the upcoming month, updates to previous tasks, and any support needed by the couple - Full Planning - partial + one call (vendor recommendations and selection, decor planning and confirmation) Day of - I will be onsite starting as early as needed for set up until clean up is complete and guests have departed
