Andrea, founder of Rare Bird Collective, began her career as a creative project manager in advertising and spent over 12 years working for some of the best hospitality groups in the country. She helped open several James Beard-nominated restaurants and worked for Relais & Châteaux properties. She has worked in every capacity of events from intimate birthday celebrations to large high-profile weddings, VIP and backstage parties for internationally touring musicians to the Nobel Peace Prize Forum, and everything in between.

Andrea has always been in the business of bringing people together. She takes pride in creating spaces where celebrations of life's most significant moments can unfold in unique and meaningful ways. Nothing lights her up more than creating beautiful, intentional events that are as unique as you while making sure you have the time of your life.

This is everything! Simply give us your budget and your vision and we will do the rest - from design concepting and execution to schedule planning, timeline management, and vendor selection The sky is the limit for our full-service event production planning.

Your destination wedding package includes everything from our Full-Service Planning + Design Package for a two- to three-day full weekend experience. Additional days are available for a supplemental charge.

You tend to the timeline while we design and style your vision. We create your custom design by finding the perfect lighting, furniture, linens, rentals and florals, and other décor items to match your vision and budget. We manage all things visual in partnership with your logistics team to pull together the event of your dreams.

For the couple that has accomplished parts of the planning already and need help with pulling it all together This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.

    Working with Andrea was an absolute dream! She really understood what we wanted and knew our vision, knew what we liked, and what was going to feel the most “us”. Knowing that I didn’t have to stress about ANYTHING was the greatest gift I got out of working with Rare Bird Collective. Every detail of the design felt intentional, thoughtful, and truly, as if it was made just for us. Day of, she made sure we had everything we needed before we even thought of it and made sure we felt taken care of - in a way we weren’t even expecting! Our wedding was everything we wanted and more, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have Andrea plan such a great day for us, our families and guests!     Working with Rare Bird Collective, and specifically Andrea, was a wonderful experience. Their communication style was great - they were very organized in keeping us on track throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was exceptional. They were incredibly organized, calming, and a true delight to work with. Despite another vendor being late, Andrea was able to keep everyone organized and everything running on time, all while keeping me, the bride, calm and delighted. I would love the opportunity to work with Andrea and Rare Bird Collective again.

    Andrea and Rare Bird Collective's full service planning was hands down the best investment of our wedding and I am so happy that we decided to go with her. She handled all the little details after we gave her our vision, and she worked so hard to make sure that we were getting what we wanted. Andrea made the day completely stress free so we never had to worry about anything and could just focus on having fun and enjoying the day.
