Disappointing Experience
I booked Claudio & Co. Events for their month-of wedding coordination services and paid the 1,500 deposit. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I decided to change my wedding plans and no longer required their services. Unfortunately, despite the fact that no services were rendered and no work had started, I was informed that the deposit was non-refundable. While I understand the purpose of a deposit, I was disappointed that the company was unwilling to accommodate a refund or even a partial credit for future services. This inflexible policy, combined with the lack of consideration for the fact that no services were provided, left me feeling undervalued as a client.

When a client books our services, the deposit secures their wedding date on our calendar and ensures that we are fully prepared to dedicate the necessary time and resources to their event. This also means that we turn down other opportunities for that date. Our non-refundable deposit policy is clearly outlined in our contract, as it reflects the time and effort we invest from the moment we reserve your date. Even before formal coordination begins, we work behind the scenes to ensure our availability and readiness to support your vision. I regret that our policy did not align with your expectations, and I sincerely apologize for any disappointment this caused. While we are unable to offer a refund, I’d be happy to extend a credit toward future planning services should your needs change down the road. Thank you again for considering Claudio & Co. Claudio & Co Events was a delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was affable, approachable, and facilitating - they were always available to answer questions and help us through the planning process. The quality of their work was insurmountable, as they were effective at keeping us on track and ensuring our venue duties on the ceremony day was fun and felt good. When unexpected things happened, they had backups and contingencies ready to go, and their ability to quickly wrangle the necessary roles and pivot to take charge of the circumstances was truly impressive. Claudio & Co Events were a wonder to work with at our venue, doing everything and more to prepare us and the other vendors for the big day. They were easy to communicate with and made sure to be on-site for communication and discovery as much as possible to ensure the vision was coming to life. I can say without a doubt they knocked it out of the park, and I'll be raving about their success that we share whenever I'm asked!

I had the pleasure of working with Emma from Claudio & Co. Events for my wedding, and I can’t say enough about how incredible she was. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Emma helped me with everything, from budget management to bringing my vision to life with stunning details, like a gorgeous floral arbor that was the centerpiece of our ceremony. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and creative vision made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Emma truly made my wedding day perfect, and I am so grateful for her hard work and dedication. She made our dreams come to life!
From the 1st meeting with Emma, we felt she was the perfect person to work with. After talking with several other coordinators and wedding planners, Emma quickly "understood the assignment" and passed the "vibe check"! We wanted a low-key, relaxed wedding with a forest fairytale feel, and she NAILED IT!!! I already had a whole pintrest board for her to go off of, and she did ALL the work to make our vision come to reality! She worked very well with our budget and was super easy to communicate with. She was so helpful with providing her expertise in the areas/details we were clueless about or didn't even think of. We collaborated so perfectly and she was a lifesaver when things got stressful! I can honestly say Emma is not just a professional wedding planner & coordinator, she's a remarkable human that truly cares about people and making sure everyone has the best experience possible! Our wedding could not have been so perfect without Emma Claudio and her amazing team! Not to mention, she has all the best connections for vendors as well, we seriously didn't have to worry about anything!! We are so grateful to have found her. Thank you Emma!!
