Rob and all the staff we worked with at Second Song were great! I vetted several DJs for my husband’s surprise 70th birthday celebration and selected Second Song live DJ because they were able to provide a soloist and a sax player to compliment the overall DJ experience. Our DJ was Ace, Sax Player Austin and singer Natalie. I booked 11 months in advance, had a phone meet and greet 6 weeks out and had several revisions to the itinerary as we got closer to the event. Any changes , questions or ideas I had were promptly acknowledged, answered and collaborated on which continually reassured me that Second Song took a personal interest in making our night one to remember. I also found out that Second Song is frequently hired by my employer, Providence Medical Center in Torrance, for their Foundation events.

A wedding is a grueling process and I remember at the end of the night my husband and I found ourselves kind of sad looking at Seth. It was like we were breaking up with him, he was our first vendor and to contact each other for almost a year and a half it was a sad moment. For me as a bride he was like my best friend I vent to and basically took my coordinator role. He calmed me when this went south (postponement of the wedding and my original coordinator dropped out a month left of the wedding) and for my husband... he vibes with Seth through Seth's music. My husband is SO PICKY with our wants and needs as a DJ and Seth swept him away just by listening to his mixes. My husband says his transitions from song to song is smooth and song selections are on point. Then after taking to him we were sold! The most genuine person you will ever meet, he does this for the love of music and it shows. He works hard to make it easy for you, is on top of things, responsive to all e-mails, and takes his time. He does so much more for your buck and we made sure he knew that! Also we have been coordinating everything out of state, so he takes the time to make sure he can fit himself in my almost impossible work/life schedule (working out of the house for more than 12 hrs) we I truly appreciate. So in short BOOK HIM! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME INQUIRING SOMEONE ELSE because if I could (because we live out of state) I would book him over and over again! What I really need him to do is live here in LV so I can book him over and over again!

10/10 would recommend randall!! We booked him for our engagement shoot and wedding and we are beyond appreciative and impressed. RDL is the only photographer my husband and I could agree on. We liked his photography style, the quality of the work, the price, and his personality. He even guided us with the timeline to make the most of the time and photography. For both the engagement shoot and wedding day, he guided us and made us feel comfortable. We’re def not models but he made us look great! We were able to get some posed shots and some Candids. He was PATIENT with us and didn’t make us feel awkward at all. The day of the wedding, I got so many compliments from our families with how they appreciated his presence. He kindly directed people and was patient with us and our guests. Def professional guy and just honestly a good personality. He’s also priced well. Def recommend booking a consult and booking him for your events!! You won’t regret it

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. Gabriella was easy to communicate and work with - I showed her the cake that I wanted and she was able to execute my vision perfectly. Can't say enough about the quality of James's work, his attention to detail, his professionalism, and curating the best dance party experience at our wedding!! From start to finish he was extremely prepared and provided us with all the materials needed to organize the music and run of show. He was even accommodating to our last minute music requests and was very patient with us. Aladdin Films made our wedding day absolutely enchanting! My cousin got married and used their service, I’ve never seen a more passionate person when she described their service. She was 100% correct. They went above and beyond with customer service and captured our wedding in a way that brings us back to our special day every time we look at our pictures and videos. I don’t know how, because I’m not a photographer, but they’ve managed to shoot the most special and important moments of our wedding day from so many different angles, and each of those photos can be easily put in a frame or on a canvas. That’s what I did actually. It was quite difficult to decide which photo to put on canvas because there were so many of them. We booked them for 8 hours, and they gave us more than 1200 photos, and we were left absolutely speechless. My advice to all couples out there is don’t think twice and book them as soon as you can.

Literally from the first interaction, Trey was thoroughly professional. We knew instantly that we'd be in good hands during the process, and he maintained through the big day. With Trey, we always had clarity over next steps, and we also got as much flexibility as we could ever hope for. We had a slightly unusual (or, unconventional) ceremony in a couple of ways, and Trey handled every request without any issue. Lastly, and most importantly for a DJ, he nailed the music. My partner and I’s venue search ended the second we ascended in the historical elevator to the penthouse of the James Oviatt Building. The Oviatt venue is a multifaceted piece of beautiful Art Deco history that lends itself well to whatever event you are trying to throw. In our case, they hosted our wedding. We will forever be grateful for their immense care and kindness leading up to, on, and after the big day. We met the President Gabe first, who had his own wedding at this venue before he managed it. He made us feel right at home and answered every question we could muster. Our one hour showing turned into a two and a half hour conversation where his care and passion for the venue and his clients became very clear. We felt a connection right away. He shared a wealth of great advise and reassurances and gave us an impeccable pool of preferred vendors. We were sold in minutes. Every event is different, but my partner and I did not feel the space needed any help to become beautiful. The architectural art of the space is breathtaking and unique from the valet area outside of the Cicada Club all the way to the terrace. We saved a fortune on a florist. Who needs one when everything is already so classy? Speaking of class, the Director of Events Lindsey took point on execution and was our resource during the planning process. I as an individual am not the most communicative. I needed someone with that attention to detail and she delivered. After giving her all the venue required specifications (seating chart, insurances, etc,) two conversations was all it took for her to equip the venue with everything it needed and make it gorgeous. It seemed effortless for her. Not a spec of dust or dirt to be seen and the staff was respectful, efficient, and welcoming. I had a panic attack because I forgot to ask them for valet and she was able to get her people on it without issue the same week as the wedding. (Don’t be like me, but that is a perfect example of how on top of it they are.) They had EVERYTHING we could have wanted for a downtown metropolitan wedding and then some. If they didn’t have it? They knew exactly where to refer you. One of my personal favorite features was their completely customizable LED lighting strips on the hedges that lined either side of the rooftop. We had them a bright warm light for dinner and then a cycle of rainbow colors for dancing. They are inclusive and welcoming to any and all who come to visit. We felt valued, respected, and well cared for. It truly was the best day of our lives and we owe it all to The Oviatt. I implore to to reach out to them. I can say with certainty that you won’t be disappointed and whatever it is you are planning will become a memorable experience unlike any other.

I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. Her and her team were incredibly easy to work with, and our other vendors and bridal party members said the exact same thing. She can work with anyone, with any personality type, and makes you feel important and heard. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you, look no further! She will make your day everything YOU want it to be. Couldn’t recommend her and her team more…I walked away with a new friend!

We were incredibly thrilled with the floral arrangements from Something's Blooming for our wedding! From start to finish, Michelle and her team truly exceeded our expectations. Two years ago, we had the good fortune of meeting her when she did my sister's wedding. It was absolutely stunning so we knew we were in good hands. I appreciated that Michelle took the time to understand our vision and listened to all of our ideas and preferences, while also offering creative suggestions that really enhanced our overall aesthetic. We also got to be part of the floral picking process which was so fun! The entire team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. On the big day, the flowers were nothing short of breathtaking! The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and ceremony arrangements were even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The colors were vibrant, the blooms fresh, and the overall look was absolutely stunning. Our vision was "if wine and fall could have a baby, that would be our wedding!” and she delivered. Through the color pallet, the variety of flowers & foliage, fantasy pumpkins, and lanterns, our concept was brought to life. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how gorgeous everything was! Their attention to detail was impeccable — from the intricately crafted pocket square for the groom and ring bearer to the lush arrangements at the altar. Everything was perfect. We were deeply appreciative of how seamless the delivery, ceremony setup, and transition to reception went. It felt like magic seeing it all come to life. Both my husband and I work in the entertainment industry ourselves and we know how much work goes into weddings. Knowing we had professionals handling this part of the process allowed us to sit back and enjoy the day. If you're looking for a florist who truly understands your vision and delivers stunning, high-quality flowers, we highly recommend Somethings Blooming. To start off by saying, DB Creativity is the best party coordinator I have ever encountered. I got married less than a week ago and used DB Creativity to plan our 500 person wedding! I can easily and confidently say that our wedding was more than I could have ever imagined. Dana & Evynn are the best… you can’t go wrong with using DB Creativity. All my wishes and requests were over achieved by these two and their amazing team. Dana has held my hand for the past eight months through this whole wedding planning journey and has not only been an extraordinary party coordinator but has been a person to rely and lean on when she knew I was stressed or overwhelmed with the wedding. Dana always knew how to make sure everything was taken care of and made you feel at ease. Getting to know Dana and Evynn was such an amazing journey. When I say that Dylan and the Moon Units MADE our wedding, I am not exaggerating. They not only delivered, the exceeded our already high expectations in every way possible. Music was extremely important for my husband and me, and we knew immediately that we wanted a live band to elevate the evening. We found Dylan and the Moon Units' information online, and after finding that they were very within our budget we reached out and Dylan invited us to one of their gigs in Hollywood. We loved their vibe and booked them. We asked Dylan to play both our ceremony and our reception, as well as play preset playlists for our pre-ceremony and cocktail hour. Now, I must admit, because music was so important for my husband and my special day, we had *very* specific ideas for what we wanted. Dylan was extremely communicative, answering all of my extremely needy and detailed emails in a timely manner and doing everything he could to reassure me that we were in good hands. We made selections from the list of songs they knew, and also asked them to learn about 10 new songs for us, ranging from unique arrangements of existing songs to deep cuts from 90's movies. Dylan's communication was warm, expeditious, and professional, and I felt really well taken care of. At our wedding, though, is where they exceeded our expectations. The live music they played was amazing, and set the tone for our wedding in the exact way we were hoping for. At the reception, they kept the energy up with a perfectly curated playlist of our requests (and we had quite a lot!) songs they knew would keep the party going. Their song choices appealed to the older crowd as well as the Millennial crowd. Dylan even help me set up a surprise performance for my husband, where I sang one of this favorite songs ("Go Cubs Go") with the backing of the Moon Units band. It was an incredibly special moment. And creating special moments was what Dylan and the Moon Units did best. Somehow, they managed to keep the dance floor packed the entire evening. Months after our wedding, our guests have continuously called out Dylan and the Moon Units as an absolute highlight of our wedding, saying that it was musically one of the best weddings they have ever been to. All-in-all, I cannot recommend Dylan and the Moon Units enough. As someone who was VERY specific about the music at my wedding, they exceeded all of our expectations. Book them for your wedding ASAP - you will not be disappointed.

Highly Recommend Maryjo from A+M Badillo Images. We chose A+M Badillo Images for our Maternity photos and Maryjo has great energy and is professional and enthusiastic throughout the whole process, we literally felt like time flew by so fast from when we started the photo shoot. She gave very clear directions and assisted us with poses. Most importantly, she delivered an outstanding gallery for us in a short amount of time, it's the best surprise we could ask for. Pricing is reasonable and she is very open to communication, all the emails are returned in a timely manner. There's just nothing negative about this experience, and i would like to recommend any couple or families who are looking into professional photography to work with them.

Both photos and our wedding video came out absolutely fantastic! Photos are very clear, and on-point, as a photographer myself I know when I see good photos. Regarding the video, I'm not sure why they don't film movies, because that is exactly what they made for us, a literal movie. They are professional, fun, and worth every penny. Really recommend!

I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day.
