As wedding photographers, we take great pride in ensuring that every wedding we cover is staffed by a minimum of two photographers. This approach allows us to capture multiple angles and special moments throughout the day, providing a more comprehensive and beautifully detailed collection of images for you to cherish. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.

Absolutely! We guarantee that all of your final images will be professionally edited to enhance their appearance. This includes adjustments to color, saturation (which refers to the intensity of colors), exposure (how light or dark the photo appears), and sharpness (how clear and focused the image is). This process ensures that your photos look stunning and visually appealing. Additionally, we provide retouching services, such as removing any blemishes or imperfections from your skin and whitening your teeth, to help you look your best in the photos. Please note that these retouching services come with an extra fee.

In addition to our photography services, we’re excited to offer a dedicated videography team as well. This means that, alongside capturing stunning images of your special day, we can also create beautiful video content. Our videographers are skilled in capturing the moments, emotions, and details of your wedding, allowing you to relive the experience through both photos and video. This comprehensive service ensures that every precious moment is documented in a way that you can cherish for years to come.

We deliver the final photos based on our workload during the wedding season, which can vary at different times of the year. Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 4 to 6 weeks after your wedding. However, we strive to provide your images as quickly as possible, and in many cases, we are able to deliver them in a shorter timeframe. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your beautiful memories without unnecessary delays.

We typically deliver around 60-100 photos for each hour of coverage during your wedding. However, the exact number of photos can vary based on several factors specific to your event. These factors include the length of the ceremony, the number of special moments that occur throughout the day, the overall timeline of events, and the size of your guest list. Essentially, more unique moments and a bustling atmosphere can result in a higher photo count, while a more streamlined event may yield fewer images. Our aim is to provide you with a rich collection of memories that captures the essence of your special day.

We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue if needed. This demonstrates that we have the appropriate coverage to protect both our team and your event, giving you peace of mind on your special day. If your venue requires this documentation, just let us know, and we'll be happy to provide it.

We want to assure you that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, often referred to as an "Act of God"—such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected situations—your wedding will still be covered. We have policies in place to protect you and your event under such circumstances. This means that if any unexpected events occur that could affect the photography or videography of your wedding, we will work closely with you to find the best solutions, including rescheduling or alternative arrangements, ensuring that your precious moments are preserved no matter what. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Absolutely, your memories are safe with us! We take safeguarding your precious moments very seriously and employ multiple precautions to ensure their preservation. First, we perform thorough backups on-site during the event, so your images are immediately secured. Afterward, we create additional backups at our studio and store them on different servers and locations. This multi-layered approach ensures that your photos are protected from loss or damage. We view ourselves as the "custodians of your memories," we are dedicated to keeping your images safe and secure. You can trust that we will do everything possible to protect your memories!
