I'm a digital and film Wedding Photographer in Los Angeles, CA. I'm trilingual and multicultural -- and it's my favorite thing about me. I will travel Southern California for your love story, from San Diego to LA, to Santa Barbara. My style is documentary and photojournalistic with a bit of an editorial and creative charm. I do not bend and sway with the trends of the current day, instead I focus on your unique wedding day to capture timeless imagery. As the moments unfold before me, I will help tell your story. I want you to look back on your images and be able to still feel the emotions within them for decades to come, truly.

I think that one of the major details that sets me apart from others is my approach. Getting to know you on a personal level is part of the way I approach capturing your relationship on camera. I want there to be a real and true connection between us. This helps me translate your personality into the images I take. It also allows our work to go much more smoothly, more genuinely, and it helps me photograph your love and partnership more honestly and creatively. My heart lies in capturing your genuine feelings in both digital and film photography (and Polaroid photos).

From start to finish, working with Fatima was an absolute dream. After researching countless photographers online, she was my number one choice! I booked our elopement just three months in advance and was so relieved she was available. Throughout the whole process she was so incredibly kind, professional and thoughtful that, despite our short timeline, we were able to feel at ease. My (now) husband and I are both quite shy in front of the camera and were worried that we might look stiff, but Fatima was able to quell those worries and capture us exactly how we had hoped - in a very natural and organic light. All in all, Fatima went above and beyond for us in so many ways - from setting up a last minute meeting the week before to go over details (and ease my anxiety) to unexpectedly serving as our witness! She even sent us our full gallery a few weeks earlier than we had expected. We are so pleased with how everything turned out and so grateful to have worked with such a talented artist (and AMAZING human). We'll definitely be booking Fatima for our next milestones 3

I cannot say enough good things about Fatima! Not only is she so incredibly talented but she is also one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable and natural during our engagement session and by the time we got to the wedding it felt like we had one of our friends photographing for us! We could not be more obsessed with the photos she took for us, they are the perfect mix of natural, fun and beautiful. Fatima is amazing!

Fatima not only takes great photos, but she also has the best attitude of pretty much anyone I've ever met. She gets the shot and captures the sweet, normally unseen moments between couples, amongst guests, and even amongst other vendors. During our engagement shoot, we ran into some of my family, and she took the cutest pictures of my niece and nephew on the fly. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, how we interact with each other, and really captured the essence of our relationship in both the engagement and wedding photos. And the photos of our tablescapes--chef's kiss! Truly a great documentary style photographer. She went above and beyond to get the whole day on film, and honestly is just the nicest person. One of my favorite pictures from the day is from when I realized, halfway through family portraits, that I'd forgotten to take the tag off my wedding dress. Fatima grabbed a pair of gardening shears, crawled up my dress, and got the tag, and her assistant snapped a pic for posterity. We're so, so happy Fatima was our photographer, and we look forward to flipping through our wedding album for years to come. :)

Where do I start with Fatima?! She was HANDS DOWN the best wedding photographer we could have asked for! She was so professional from start to finish and even beyond! Something about her presence feels so natural and put me at such ease (no awkward moments lol). Her photography style is exactly what we wanted and the photos turned out even better than we could have imagined!! We thank her endlessly for so perfectly capturing our day!

I love shooting film when my couple communicates that they really appreciate it too. It's a very nostalgic thing for me and I find it to be very special. 35mm Film photography can be added for $85/roll as a bonus for photo sessions; it is included in all but the 6hr Wedding Collections to add that something extra sweet to your wedding gallery. My main focus is still digital photos, film is a beautiful bonus for that special nostalgia.

The engagement sessions are a bonus that I include with every wedding collection because I want to get to know you and form a connection with you before your big day. We will create a session that best fits your needs. This can include you and your partner enjoying a quiet morning together in your home, or we can go to a beautiful location. The possibilities and ideas are endless. If you are unable to do an engagement session because you are out of state, we can add an hour to your day instead. Opting out of an engagement session will not lower the cost of your wedding collection.

My shooting style consists of a photo journalistic, intimate, and true to life approach. I try and strike a balance between who you are as a couple and my own experiences behind the camera as a photographer. As I direct you, I strive to let your personalities and love do the posing. For the most part, it'll feel like we're hanging out. I don't pose you heavily, I want the time we spend together to feel natural. I find that I photograph a couple best when we're collaborating and there's vulnerability on both sides.

For couples, engagements, and families, my timeline for delivering photos is 2 weeks. For elopements, it's 3-4 weeks. And for weddings it's between 4-6 weeks.

Absolutely! I will go wherever your love story takes you. I will create an all-encompassing invoice that will include travel to your wedding collection to make it simple and sweet.

Believe it or not, I hear this sentiment from almost all of my couples. The beauty is that you are hiring me to make sure you look natural and comfortable in your photos. It's part of my job to ensure you have a beautiful experience and end up with imagery that feels comfortable and feels like you and your love. None of my couples are professional models, come to me in love and trust me to do the rest.

For couples and engagements I average about 75-125. For weddings and elopements I average about 50 per hour. If I love the image, I will work on it and it will be in your gallery. You will get every photos that is beautiful and helps tell the story of your day.
