Everything was set up on time for our wedding and everything was broken down and packed in our getaway cars after the wedding. She had everything set the exact way we wanted and her communication is 10/10! Communication is also a major factor for me and she was also so responsive. Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night! At the end of the night, back in our hotel room, exhausted and deliriously happy - we both agreed, working with the WilderMind team was some of the best money we spent for our wedding.

Two examples were when a groomsman forgot his bow tie, one of the planning assistants used her black hair bow to serve as his bow tie, and the other was when the windy evening compromised the hedge wall which another assistant held down during speeches while they waited for more sand bags. My best friend is getting married and I will be recommending EABD to her!

In February of 2024 (and the year leading up to), I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca from Bustle and Bloom for my wedding, and I can't recommend her services enough! Erika is the best! From the very first meeting to the last minute of the reception she was amazing. Her website spells out very clearly what you can expect from her and she delivers everything she says she will. She accompanied us to menu tastings, gave us recommendations for vendors based on our budget and sat in on vendor interviews. She reviewed contracts and made suggestions. She scheduled check in meetings along the way to make sure everything was on track. She asked the questions we didn’t think to ask. She was always available to answer questions and always responded in a timely manner. Erika willingly took on any task or request we asked her to. She coordinated with all of our vendors and was able to troubleshoot successfully a few unexpected and last minute changes that had to be made. Her day of scheduling was literally down to the minute and was executed flawlessly. Erika was always there with a smile and a calm, friendly manner. We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us.
