    There will never be enough words to express my gratitude for Coastal Coordinating! Katy was my lead coordinator from day one. She is honest, professional, organized, kind, and absolutely AMAZING! Before I was getting married, I was almost dreading the wedding planning process because so many brides made it sound like it was the most stressful experience... I did not feel that way at all!!! Katy made the process fun and enjoyable. I looked forward to our calls every few weeks. I highly recommend the full planning package. They are reasonably priced and WORTH IT! This was hands down the best money I spent on the wedding. A huge shout out to her assistant Carly who was a vital part of the rehearsal and the wedding day. Everything was perfect!!!! I could write a book about my experience with Katy and her team. Thank you all so much for the best day of my life. I will cherish these memories forever and it would have never been possible without you all!!!

    I recently used coastal coordinating for my wedding on March 1st. I had Melanie as my day of coordinator and Lea as well to assist. I truly cannot thank both these girls enough for bringing my wedding vision to life! Melanie is so sweet and organized and had amazing communication the entire time. She was up for anything and I trusted her completely that I was able to just relax and enjoy my wedding without stress. She was so helpful and genuinely cared for us whether it was helping me bustle my dress, ensuring I ate and drank, and even putting some food in our room for after the reception. The little details did not go unnoticed! Lea was taking pics with my polaroid through out the wedding which was such a sweet memory to look back on. I have nothing but the nicest things to say about these girls and Coastal Coordinating. I would HIGHLY recommend Melanie and CC. Melanie was essential to my wedding and I am so lucky I get to share my wedding anniversary with her!

    Katy is by far THE BEST wedding coordinator I have ever worked with! I am a wedding vendor myself (hair and makeup) with years of experience in the industry, I have worked with so many different coordinators and nobody comes close on how detailed, communicative and kind Katy is! Since the day she reached out to me on behalf of her client until wedding day, she kept the communication super tight, making sure to remind our client of all the things that needed to be done, I was extremely surprised and honored to work with her, and not to mention her beautiful and pleasant personality! The day we met in person (wedding day) she gave me the biggest smile and a sincere hug; I will never forget the experience to work with a true professional who has work ethic and care about her clients so deeply. If you are a bride who is considering hiring a wedding coordinator, please look no further! Katy will make sure you get the best day and experience!

    I am so thankful for Coastal Coordinating. Katy went above and beyond in the 1 year I was in contact with her, especially as we got closer to the big weekend! We were originally due to marry in October 2024, but Hurricane Helene and Milton changed our plans. I'll never forget how Katy checked in with me during that very sad time and didn't hesitate at all to help us re-coordinate everything for our new date in January. Her and her team's efforts allowed my fiance to sit back, relax, and really enjoy our events rather than be stressed. She really went above and beyond and helped with things I wouldn't even think to ask her to! Can't recommend Coastal Coordinating - specifically Katy, Carly, and Cayla - enough!
