    Huge praises to Katy and the Coastal Coordinating Team. They made our wedding day go so smoothly so that my husband and I could focus on enjoying the actual event! We appreciated their expertise with various suggestions with wedding planning and recommendations with other vendors. They were very detail oriented and professional. I also appreciated that I was able to start working with Katy 2 months prior to the big day. Thank you again to their team!

    I cannot express enough gratitude!! Alli was my coordinator and she owned the day. Every detail was perfect, and when I started stressing she was the most calming presence. If I could go back and do it again, I would choose Alli every time. P.S. if you think you can do this without at the very least a day of coordinator… no you cannot. I promise you cannot, and this company will take the very best care of your special day.

    Awful communication, poor organization, unprofessional, unapologetic. Broke my ceremony pillar in half and still put it front and center? No apologies or offer for replacement. Had only half my floral arrangements set out for reception- my bridesmaids had to scatter to put them out. This was even after I paid them extra to set my already arranged florals out. Worst experience. Every single other vendor for my wedding was perfect. Coastal coordinators was the worst, most stressful part of my wedding. Stay clear. Update - after I left my honest experience, Katy threatened me to take it down which is probably why their ratings are so high. She also made lies about my behavior towards other vendors to discredit my review when her vendor was my ONLY issue. VERY unprofessional.

    We have several other vendors that have reached out and confirmed you cursed and Screamed and caused a huge problem the entire day. Chloe was Cursed at and yelled at by you which is not ok. It has even been Described as harassment and Bullying Hannah. We have Audio as well for anyone that would like to hear more. I am sorry that a pillar was broke but you never asked who broke it and this is a job for a rental company or florist NOT a coordinator. Please show a photo or proof it was even given to us NOT Broken. The link to the Google Doc has the Columns front and Center not broken and Again you never asked who broke it or if it wasn't already broken you just attacked. I am sorry about 1 broken column that we did not break and a few bud vases you state were not put out. We understand how important your wedding is but It does not allow you to Harass, Bully or Threaten anyone. We could have left per the contract with the violence and hate you gave but we stayed and tried our best to continue to service the event to perfection. The Link is so long but shows so much of the truth but if you do not read it all this is the good I am taking from this experience: After I contacted the bride and groom about the False reviews and what the other vendors reached out to us about the bride writes nice reviews about them all and everyone can see the timestamps BUT almost every other review before today has showcased what her reviews are usually like and I screen Shot as well since I assume she will start to delete these - which for those small businesses I pray she does because as a small business that I LOVE and we all poor our lives and souls into we know how sad it is for a review that is lie and out of our control or job realm. I try to find positivity in everything and maybe that is that in this review. We love our jobs and our clients and hope everyone sees past this all. Coastal Coordinating

    Stella with Coastal Coordinating was an absolute joy to work with. From our first meeting, she was polite, attentive, and reached out often to make sure we were on track during the planning process. Stella made everything super easy by being extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of wedding planning. She helped coordinate the event schedule, and deal with any issues that came up. On the day itself, Stella handled all the vendor relationships and kept everything running smoothly so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our special day. I can't recommend Coastal Coordinating highly enough for their professional yet personal touch in wedding planning services.
