    Working with Coastal, and especially Carly Rose, was great! I am very happy with the way everything turned out and I was able to actually enjoy my wedding day (and the whole weekend) because I felt confident that Carly had everything covered. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted and Carly took the time to understand what was important to us and was flexible with us when we wanted to change the plan. I also think their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

    There will never be enough words to express my gratitude for Coastal Coordinating! Katy was my lead coordinator from day one. She is honest, professional, organized, kind, and absolutely AMAZING! Before I was getting married, I was almost dreading the wedding planning process because so many brides made it sound like it was the most stressful experience... I did not feel that way at all!!! Katy made the process fun and enjoyable. I looked forward to our calls every few weeks. I highly recommend the full planning package. They are reasonably priced and WORTH IT! This was hands down the best money I spent on the wedding. A huge shout out to her assistant Carly who was a vital part of the rehearsal and the wedding day. Everything was perfect!!!! I could write a book about my experience with Katy and her team. Thank you all so much for the best day of my life. I will cherish these memories forever and it would have never been possible without you all!!!

    I recently used coastal coordinating for my wedding on March 1st. I had Melanie as my day of coordinator and Lea as well to assist. I truly cannot thank both these girls enough for bringing my wedding vision to life! Melanie is so sweet and organized and had amazing communication the entire time. She was up for anything and I trusted her completely that I was able to just relax and enjoy my wedding without stress. She was so helpful and genuinely cared for us whether it was helping me bustle my dress, ensuring I ate and drank, and even putting some food in our room for after the reception. The little details did not go unnoticed! Lea was taking pics with my polaroid through out the wedding which was such a sweet memory to look back on. I have nothing but the nicest things to say about these girls and Coastal Coordinating. I would HIGHLY recommend Melanie and CC. Melanie was essential to my wedding and I am so lucky I get to share my wedding anniversary with her!
