I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. I strongly recommend booking Abibi Bridal because everyone deserves a piece of mind when it comes to wedding planning, and that is what you will get when you book with them. Initially, I was struggling to make room in our budget for a planner. I wished I could allocate that money to something else like flowers or decor or music...Looking back, hiring S&B was the best we spent for our wedding. Hannah was kind enough to reach out just to say hi and see if I had any questions before the month-of services even began. She was definitely on our team. Leading up to the day, Hannah was always highly responsive to emails or calls which was a huge help because I often had to track vendors down with 3 follow up emails to get a response, so it was a bright spot to not do have to do that with S&B! If I could only give one piece of advice to fellow brides, it would be to hire the talented women of Evviva Studio! First and foremost, the professionalism of Kat, Sydney, Courtney, and Katie was out of this world and exactly what you would hope for on the most important day of your life. I am extremely type A and knew I wanted to tackle most of the wedding planning myself, but equally needed someone else to assist on the big day to alleviate the stress and pressure it would put on myself, my fiance, and our bridal party. We hired Kat and her team for day-of coordination, and little did I know, it would provide so much more than just some extra hands for those 12 hours that FLEW by. Even with day-of the coordination package, the Evviva studio still provided multiple consultations, facilitated ongoing communication with all of our vendors, and most importantly, carefully crafted the sacred timeline for our wedding day! This meant EVERYTHING to us in helping us feel prepared and so much more at ease. I can’t even begin to envision how differently our day would have looked without their guidance! Beyond fulfilling their professional responsibilities, the women of Evviva truly prioritize personal connection and high character. Kat was uplifting and encouraging in every single meeting we had. Her positivity and organization was also present in her event coordinators such as Katie and Courtney who never failed to meet us with smiles and an eagerness to help at our venue. Most of all, I need to shout out our lead coordinator for the day, Sydney, who I feel as though I can now call a friend! From the moment she walked in my home and introduced herself to my family and bridesmaids, I knew I could trust her with anything on my wedding day. She not only looked out for myself and my fiancé, but put in the extra mile to build a relationship with my loved ones. Everyone from my maid of honor to my grandmom could not stop talking about how incredible she was. The loyalty and dedication was unbelievable. For example, at one point she saved the day by literally running back to our trolley for my makeup when I cried half of it off during our private vows, lol! Don’t think twice, hire these wonderful people! I’ll never forget their impact on such an important day. Because of them, I could truly be present and not worry about one darn thing. Rachel was a phenomenal wedding coordinator. We had an intimate wedding of 50 people at our home and it was beautifully executed. I’m not much of a planner, so she definitely helped keep things organized in terms of contacting, directing and making sure things were delivered.
