    I don't know where to begin! Kat and her team helped create the most magical wedding ever! They understood my vision from start to finish and were always down for whatever crazy idea I had.     We could not have asked for a better day-of coordination team than Kat and her incredible crew from Evviva Studio. From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with! Even before the official three-month coordination package started, they were wonderfully open and responsive over email, welcoming any questions we had. Once our planning calls started, Kat’s dedication to understanding what we wanted really stood out to us; she took the time to learn about our VIP guests and went the extra mile to ensure our families were looked after and comfortable on the day too. She asked many thoughtful questions that helped us through the decision making process. On the day itself, Kat, Katie, and Meg were total pros. Kat kept us on track like a true expert, even sewing a button back onto my dress at the last moment! She also made sure we always had food and drinks, allowing us to stay fully in the moment. Their organization, warmth, and attention to detail were exceptional—no detail was too small, and no request was too big. Evviva Studio went above and beyond in every way. Their patience, openness to our ideas, and genuine care made our wedding day magical. If you’re looking for a coordination team that will give you complete peace of mind and go the extra mile, we can’t recommend Evviva Studio enough.     There are not words to express how thankful I was to hire Evviva studio! We hired for the day of coordination and three months before our wedding. The team went over everything we had planned and helped us finish out any communication needed. The day of my wedding I had Sydney as my lead planner and and I cannot express my gratitude to her and the team. It was raining outside, so my hair got messed up and they ran out to buy me a curling wand so we could touch my hair up. Not to mention, they made sure everything was taken care of. The entire team is so nice and was a pleasure to work with I would give 10 stars if I could!
