Our team has decades of experience in the special event world! We specialize in Partial Planning which can be a budget friendly alternative to full wedding coordination. If you need someone to handle all aspects of planning the big day - our full wedding coordination is the perfect way to make your vision a reality. Our team also has over 30 years of combined event catering experience with Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe and we are happy to share that knowledge and expertise. We love to find ways to save you money so if you are a bride on a budget, welcome!

Let's face it - weddings are expensive! Everyone wants a piece of what's in YOUR bank account. But, if you stay in the event business long enough, you realize that small changes can add up to big savings. No matter the size of your budget, we won't hesitate to give you the good, the bad, or even - the ugly. Our typical initial consultation ($99) may include how much food / beverages / alcohol to order, how to find your perfect caterer, food safety, how to assemble your own buffet for those wanting to DIY, even how to cut your tiered cake! We are here to walk you through the process one baby step at a time! Let's chat!

Our favorite service level includes, but is not limited to - vendor recommendations, unlimited email communication with all vendors & calls when needed, 2 day-of coordinators, detailed timeline, contract reviews for each vendor, 1 cake cut, budget schedule for deposits / additional payments / balances, and we facilitate the rehearsal / ceremony / reception / send off. Let us take the stress off of you and help bring your vision to life!

We take charge of all communication between vendors, budget tracker, & plan a detailed timeline for your event. This easy-to-follow schedule will include the family member, friend, or day-of coordinator responsible for event execution. This is especially helpful if that person doesn't have a lot of experience! Everyone stays aware of all the details and changes (as they occur) leaving you to better enjoy the months leading up to your special day!

When you don't need planning for the months leading up to the big day, our day-of coordinator will work with your timeline to keep the events running smoothly and all vendors where they need to be.

With decades of catering and event experience, we can help you create a unique, budget friendly menu for your rehearsal dinner and/or reception. We are happy to share our tips that should save you money while still planning a spectacular meal and event! We love a beautiful buffet layout so if you are a DIY bride, we will tell you what equipment is needed, review food safety, and determine the amount of food and beverages you need.
