Blue Sierra Events, Rentals & Photo Booth was a real pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication style felt very personal and down-to-earth - we never felt like we were just another client to them. While the food was not as great as we had hoped, the drinks were fantastic and the floral arrangements truly made our special day feel that much more magical. While working an event, by the end of the night, everyone was calling me "Mom" because I was there for whatever they needed and it made us all laugh. In looking back at these moments and the feedback from my past clients and colleagues, it makes me proud to think that "everyone needs a Bradie." Everyone needs that person who will support them, hype them up, keep them on track, and be your advocate. In life, that person is likely your partner.

Bradie is an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator! I had not even hired her yet and she was helping me find vendors (who we also hired). Even our photographer, who had never worked with Bradie before, said she was the best he had ever had the pleasure of working with. Bradie works with you early to make sure you are on track and helps with any questions that come up. As the wedding got closer, Bradie took on communicating and organizing with my other vendors. Any bump in the plan that came up, she was on it to make sure it was resolved. If any detail was stressing me out, Bradie, took it on no problem. She was usually already working on it by the time I asked. The day of coordination was flawless. I didn't really have to think of a thing, I just got to have fun and enjoy the big day. It's 8 million percent worth it to have Bradie as your coordinator.

I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless. On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready. Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it. As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet. Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

Events by Lisa was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Her communication was 10/10 - Lisa was so easy to reach out to and the connection was definitely there. The quality of their work and value was unmatched, as Lisa went above and beyond. She thought everything through and even when little things went wrong, she took care of them so quickly without worrying me or anyone else. For example, Lisa made sure to call all the vendors ahead of time to confirm, and turns out one vendor had the dates mixed up, but she got that figured out on the wedding day without even telling us so we wouldn't worry. She also had extra makeup on hand which was so helpful for touch-ups throughout the day. I think everyone needs to invest in a day-of coordinator, and Lisa was such a life-saver - I can't imagine how bumpy our day would have been if she wasn't there!

We reached out to Mooi after a friend recommended them to us. We were looking for the month of coordination help rather than full wedding planning, and Mooi offered services for exactly what we needed. We worked with Linda for our 10/2023 wedding and she was excellent! She was exceptionally organized and gave us great feedback and very detailed timeline and checklists for vendors and family. Our wedding was at one of the East Bay regional parks, which came with some challenges and limitations that come with getting married in a public space. Linda Saskia were super helpful in working through those challenges and making sure the day of our wedding went as smoothly as possible and stayed on schedule. They were also extremely helpful in finding great vendors and extra help for us. I was especially grateful when we had one vendor drop off on us last minute and Saskia was able to find a replacement just a few days before the wedding. Would highly recommend using both Mooi and Linda, they were such a delight to work with!

Congratulations! You’ve just found the best coordinator ever! My husband and I knew we wanted a “day of coordinator” (so we thought it was called) but did not know exactly how much to prioritize or what to ask for. And then we pretty much stumbled upon Emily after posting in a local facebook group about needing a coordinator and we are so grateful we did. We’ve actually joked to one another that our only wedding regret is not having hired Emily to plan the whole thing. Emily is professional, personable, and an incredible problem-solver. Emily does coordination, which means she actually jumps on board a couple months in advance to get you organized and get all of the vendors together. However, it would be a mistake to say she only gets involved at that point—from the moment we chose Emily, she checked in consistently, asked how she could help, and gave us leads as we navigated picking vendors. When we hit the 8 week mark before the wedding, Emily began initiating more meetings and gathering all of the information she needed. We did a venue walk through and a meeting dedicated to decor. This is all to say—Emily has got your back. Additionally, she is always working behind the scenes to make sure everyone is on the same page. Leading up to the wedding, we had been very organized, but of course, in the week or so before the wedding, it felt like total chaos. We added people to our hair/makeup schedule. We had to add a last-minute vendor that totally changed the flow of our set-up. Suddenly three days before the wedding, the forecast called for rain. Emily took this all in stride. She reassured us that our feelings about anything were valid and then promised she would figure out whatever we wanted to have happen. She always had multiple solution-options for every moment of chaos we felt. And then once we had decided what we wanted, she made it happen! On the day of the wedding, I was completely worry-free because I knew Emily had everything under control. Apparently a few things went wrong that neither my husband nor I knew about until later because Emily just handled it (she did check in about one thing that had been important to us, but when she asked about it, she came with multiple solution options for me to pick from). She also goes above and beyond to make anything right if there is a need to do so (all wedding have things go wrong!). All-in-all, you want a coordinator who is on top of things, but you also want one that you want to spend your day with and Emily strikes that balance perfectly. We were actually sad when our wedding ended and we realized we wouldn’t be chatting with her as regularly!

Greetings to those who are reading. My name is Shanice and I had the pleasure of working with Justine as a makeup artist for an engagement party. The event was planned and executed flawlessly. On my arrival, parking was easy and there were clear directions made for all attendees. When I arrived I was greeted by Justine, and assisted with my bags by others staffed by Justine to offer helping hands to my work area that was separate, clean, and spacious. My work area had amazing lighting already set up, a chair and table set up, and a personalized gift bag and refreshments waiting for me. I thought that it was above and beyond with service for her vendors. It felt good to work in an environment where I walked in with great impressions, service, and appreciation for my services rendered. I was grateful to have a setup that allowed me to work with ease and comfort. Each person who required makeup had a time slot and was on time and prepped very well. Justine did a wonderful job at making sure everyone was aware of what was going on and where we would be, if working. I appreciated her attentiveness to detail and how through her planning was executed. I also received an itinerary of the event and it was filled with beautiful moments and fun. As an attendee the setup of the event space was gorgeous. There was plenty of refreshments in a spacious and well decorated area. The food was also amazing. I loved the cultural diversity that she offered at her event to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. While I didn’t come knowing many people, because of the events and ice breaker games that we played, I left making many new acquaintances. Justine’s event was flawless and I look forward to working with her anytime and in the nearby future.

Rose and her team were a wonderful asset to ensuring the enjoyment of our wedding! We hired Rose as a month of coordinator for our May 2024 wedding. Once we started working with her the month prior to the wedding a lot of my anxieties regarding how the day was going to go were taken away due to her depth of experience and professionalism. She really took the reins during those last weeks to follow up on final details with our vendors and getting closer to the date I had people asking me if I was stressed out and I can honestly say that I was not as I knew that we were in great hands. The time frame leading up to the wedding I felt my excitement build with each meeting that we had with Rose! The day of the wedding her team of professionals I feel went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my wishes. They constantly checked in on me during the whole day from when I started getting my makeup done to the last dance, I felt incredibly happy and was truly able to enjoy my wedding day. They made sure everything ran smoothly, that I stayed hydrated, that I ate at cocktail hour and dinner, helped me change into my second dress of the evening and even helped to fix my hair. It goes without saying that when it comes to event planning, Andrina gets it! She's insanely creative and at the same time refreshingly collaborative. When I contacted her about organizing a romantic marriage proposal, she made it a priority to understand my vision and then build off of it. Given that I wanted to propose in Big Sur but couldn't come up from LA without getting caught, Andrina scouted several locations, took photos and videos, and kept me updated on all our options as they developed. She was transparent in all our communications and was always conscious of our budget when giving suggestions. The execution of this proposal was flawless and exactly what I imagined. There was a beautiful picnic arrangement waiting for us as at a secluded, picturesque spot where photographers were inconspicuously pretending to be tourists until I popped the question. After an intimate photoshoot we proceeded to a surprise dinner with the rest of the family at a local restaurant, where the table had been pre-arranged with flowers and custom menus. It was such an incredible day and I can't thank Andrina enough for making this important moment happen. Cheers!
