At Detailed Dreams, our mission is to create a truly elevated luxury experience for your wedding day. We understand that planning a wedding can be stressful, which is why we strive to take the burden off of our clients and let them enjoy all the moments leading up to their big day. Our team is warmly run by Kayla and Kyla, and we have been in the events industry for over 7 years stemming from running a catering company that serviced hundreds of events and weddings each year. Taking our knowledge of all things wedding and logistics adding our keen eye for design, we are qualified to ensure a beautiful and seamless event from start to finish.

With our years of experience, our team has mastered our skills and developed a top vendor list to ensure that our clients have access to the best resources available. We believe that incorporating our clients' unique personalities and elevating design is essential to creating a memorable wedding day. That's why we take the time to get to know each couple and understand their individual style, taste and vision for their special day.

The brides who have the visions and ideas of their perfect wedding day but just not enough time to plan it all. From florals, rentals, lighting, photography, invitations, entertainment. We will bring your ideas to fruition.	MONTH+ of Coordination. We are so thankful we had Kyla by our side throughout wedding planning, and the day of. She answered all of our questions, and created the perfect timeline for us. She helped guide us and made decision making a lot easier. The day of the wedding, I feel like she was everywhere all at once, and anticipated our every need. We highly recommend her, and know that our planning & wedding day would not have run so smoothly without her.

Where do I even begin? Our wedding would not have come together the way it did without our amazing wedding planner Kayla. We had our wedding at a private family property and everything about our day truly exceeded our expectations. Kayla & Kyla worked on so many thoughtful details all of our guests took notice to and loved, we got ENDLESS comments about how it was the best wedding our guests had ever been to! And we had so many AMAZING vendors, who were all recommendations from Kayla. Wedding planning can be stressful at times and you want to know whoever you’re working with has your back and will bring good calm energy - look no further - this IS the dream team! Love you guys!!

I would choose Detailed Dreams Events again and again! They were so personable, caring, and professional. They made the experience from start to finish better than I could have imagined. They were very attentive and always available when needed. I trusted in their expertise in selection of vendors and venues. I used them for every aspect of planning, well worth the cost! They helped make my day stress-free and more beautiful than I could have imagined. I would love to plan another event with them and can’t recommend them enough!

To be completely honest, I went back-and-forth in the beginning if I was going to have a planner or not because I am very organized and detail oriented and thought I could handle it myself. Why not. I decided to then go for it because I have never done it before and really didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Man am I happy I chose Kayla and Kyla. They made everything so seamless, thought of everything that I never would have and made the process so much fun. I honestly felt like I had 2 of my closest friends on the day of helping me through. It has been 7 months and people are still talking about how organized, beautiful and amazing my wedding was. When I tell you that was the best decision of the entire process I mean it. Yes you can do it alone but it takes away the joy of planning. They make sure you are able to take in every moment, and take care of anything that comes up so you don’t have to. Even on my actual day everything was happening so fast I barely ate. Kayla took me out back and fed me herself to make sure I had something! I’m telling you. Hands down the best choice of who is out there. I love these girls so much and am so thankful for them.
