From start to finish, we’ve got every detail of your weekend celebration covered. This package is perfect for couples who want to be hands-on and see their vision come to life—and also want a pro handling all the nitty-gritty. We’ll manage your budget, payments, schedules, vendor appointments, guest list, and so much more. You can be as involved as you like, but rest easy knowing that we’re taking care of everything!

This package is perfect for couples who want to focus on the fun stuff with their crew, while we take care of the big-picture logistics. We’ll handle the major planning—budget, schedule, vendor contracts—so you can focus on the details. From start to finish, we’ll be there to ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can enjoy your wedding without the stress.

Our Three Month Event Management Package is perfect for couples who’ve chosen their own vendors but need help with the final details. It includes a site visit, coordination of final vendor meetings, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management. More than just “Day-of Coordination,” we handle the logistics so you can enjoy your wedding as a guest!

    I cannot speak highly enough about Jodi and her team at CES Weddings. Weddings can be so incredibly stressful. Jodi takes away every ounce of stress and allows you to enjoy your wedding and the process. I spent a long time pondering whether it would be worth the additional cost to higher a planner/coordinator. It 10000% is—but especially when it’s Jodi you’re hiring! Jodi is a true professional to her core, but also someone you’ll love spending this season of life with!! I recommend her to all friends and family. Hire CES Weddings—you won’t regret it
