St. Cecilia Music Center is a historic wedding venue situated in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, MI. The Dexter Ballroom features elegant hardwood floors, west-facing windows, two Steinway grand pianos and a large kitchen. The ballroom can accommodate 250 standing guests or 184 for a plated dinner. There is also the Wege Recital Hall. It has enough space for 100 standing reception or 48 for a plated dinner. The room also boasts two grand pianos, a small kitchenette, and a fireplace. The Loft at Luna is an elegant, yet rustic wedding and special event venue. Located on the second story of our facility, the room has a small lounge area with comfortable leather chairs and two walls of windows - east and south-facing - looking out over the city of Grand Rapids. Our wraparound porch connects to the event space via two glass-garage doors. The room is outfitted with three large flat-screen televisions and a retractable projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations. A podium with a microphone can be available for any speeches or group announcements. The Centennial Room can be booked in 3-hour minimum blocks.
