Conveniently located between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo or Chicago and Detroit, Bay Pointe Inn overlooks the islands of Gun Lake and offers a variety of unique onsite event venues. The Lakefront Pavilion, BoatHouse Villa and the all new Bay Pointe Woods, are each exceptionally designed and comfortable event spaces. As a flexible all-season, venue, our events and banquet teams specialize in vibrant spring weddings, lavish summer ceremonies, twilight autumn weddings and indoor winter weddings where up to 300 guests are warmed by a floor to ceiling fireplace. Each of our unique venue spaces has been designed to ensure a successful event by enjoying a variety of event styles and effortless entertaining with family and friends.

We had the most incredible wedding at Bay Pointe Woods in May 2024, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The venue is absolutely stunning, with beautiful natural surroundings, serene atmosphere, and perfectly maintained grounds. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making our special day feel effortless and stress-free. From the moment we booked, we felt completely supported. Baypointe woods was the perfect wedding venue! Not only was it close to home but it made it easier as they supply the food and bar, 2 less things you have to search for. Another thing is they have lots of places to stay from the cottages to hotel rooms across the street. We had the most perfect wedding day as everything went smoothly! Juno, Ashley, and Stephanie were all great to work with. Everyone was very responsive and made wedding planning a lot easier with timelines and due dates way far in advance. If you are looking for a private, large space, modern, open concept, pretty venue with AC then book baypointe woods now!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at the stunning Bay Pointe Woods and we could not have been happier with our choice. From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, with lush gardens, beautiful flowers, and a charming pergola where we exchanged our vows. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the planning process, making sure every detail was perfect. The ballroom was elegant and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Our guests raved about how wonderful everything was and how smoothly the event ran. Overall, we could not have asked for a better wedding venue.
