Port 393 is a luxury event space in Holland, MI. We have a customizable floor plan and even a rooftop where you and your guests can witness views of Lake Macatawa. Port 393 has a main level reception space with a full bar and catering kitchen, along with a second floor containing a cocktail hour area, full bar & garage door access to the sky view rooftop lounge. Port 393 has a list of catering partners for every event, within every price range making it easy to find amazing vendors! Port 393 is currently booking weddings on Thursday - Sunday. Port 393 has availability for showers, parties, rehearsal and so much more on weekdays as well! This space is created to deal with all sorts of Michigan weather. Equipped with an outdoor fireplace, draining floor, louvered pergola, live greenery wall and high end Haworth furniture. This space is primarily also used for ceremonies on site!

    We were thrilled with Port 393 as the venue for our wedding reception. Throughout the planning process, the staff was extremely timely, polite, and attentive in their communication. On the big day itself, they helped ensure everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could relax and soak in every special moment with our guests. The venue space was clean, beautifully decorated, and very well organized. Port 393 handled the complete setup and teardown, allowing us to enjoy the entire event hassle-free. Their staff went above and beyond to be helpful and thoughtful in every interaction. We truly appreciated all of their hard work to make our wedding reception such a memorable night. I would highly recommend Port 393 not just for their beautiful, aesthetically pleasing venue, but also for their outstanding service and dedication to their clients.

    We just had our wedding on 3/30/24. The only issues I had were was with the decor plates that we picked out they didn’t have enough for how many people they allow for the venue we didn’t find this out until the final review. They are very expensive and everything has a 20% service charge. The bar charges gratuity but that money is not given to the bartenders which is not right and they are given tip jars on top of that. During the review meeting we were told our sand table would be repurposed for our memory table but during the wedding they put this table up then when asked could they bring it back they said would have to charge us so our memory table had to be right by the cake. For all the money we spent they could have been things done better. event manager was Savannah

    Typical wedding venues charge service fees of 20%-25% for decor/bar services, Port 393s is 20%. We have a team of over 60 employees. In order to defray these costs, Port 393 utilizes service fees. This was reviewed in detail during the tour/rental agreement prior to selecting Port 393 as we want all of our couples to know exactly what service fees we charge upfront! Decor rentals are optional and are there as a benefit to our clients, but are not required! The 20% decor service fee covers the cost of set up/tear down/cleaning. You can choose to avoid any decor related fees by bringing your own. We are sorry that there were not enough chargers, a significant increase in guests between a consultation and the final meeting can exceed our inventory-it is hard for us to anticipate these changes. As you mentioned the 20% bar service fee is not a tip. We put tip jars out to ensure that if your guests want to tip, they are able to do so. Tipping is not required as the bartenders are paid well hourly.

    Port was an absolute dream!! The venue itself is modern and gorgeous. My guest loved being able to spend the night dancing downstairs or chatting on the couches on the rooftop! Getting ready at the venue itself made my day much less stressful! The Port staff is excellent and goes above and beyond to make your day amazing. My photos from Kollen Park (nearby) are gorgeous against the water! Holland was a perfect long weekend wedding destination and I wouldn’t have changed a thing! Late night pretzels from The Knot Spot (nearby) were a hit too!!
