Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

The building dates back to 1837, a three-level structure which was built by William Nelson. Peekskill lawyer, Congressman, and friend to Abraham Lincoln. A small stage, built on the 3rd floor in 1870, was identified as the “Dramatic Hall.” This emblematic building had been abandoned for about 20 years and fallen into disrepair until 2012, a complete renovation took place restoring the 1870-era theater. The Dramatic Hall serves as a space to host weddings, private parties, plays, live music performances, and more.

Our mission of People Helping Horses Heal People is rooted in the care we provide for all of our rescued horses, including retired Thoroughbred racehorses. We give back to our community through our developmental, youth, and therapy programs. We encourage individual expressiveness, and embrace all ceremony types at our location. We are a horse sanctuary and a working farm, not just an event venue. By having your wedding here, you are funding a nonprofit, benefiting both our horses and community. Embedded between tranquil mountains is the Lake Valhalla Club wedding venue located in the Montville, New Jersey. The Tudor-style club specializes in hosting rustic yet elegant celebrations with picturesque views. The private property is great for couples searching for a location rich in history with enchanting landscapes as far as the eye can see. Lake Valhalla Club offers both indoor and outdoor event space for wedding celebrations. During the warm months, ceremonies and cocktail hours can be held outside. Couples can choose from a variety of outdoor locations found across the grounds, including areas with waterfront views. The outdoor spaces also feature sandy beaches, canopy tree lines, and shimmering fountains. Inside the clubhouse, a ballroom boasting vaulted wood ceilings and two stone fireplaces can be found. The opulent room can host up to 200 guests for grand wedding celebrations. The upper area reveals fantastic views of the 90-acre lake and majestic mountains.

Rowsley, the home of the Scarsdale Woman’s Club, is available for rentals. The beautiful house, gracious interior and stunning grounds are an ideal location for the celebration of special events; weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries. HISTORY OF ROWSLEY The Scarsdale Woman's Club is headquartered in Rowsley, a 19th century manor house, set on almost four acres amid magnificent trees and plantings. The house was built in 1858 by William Bailey Lang, an English iron merchant. He fashioned it after a property in Derbyshire, England. Among the notable plantings on the site are the 470-year-old white oak tree and the massive rhododendron, both in the front of the property. Rowsley was named an Historic Landmark by the Village of Scarsdale in 1968, and in 2008, it was designated by the nation as a site on its National Register of Historic Places.
