For events of up to 148 people with use of Barn or 250 people with use of tents. Renovated century-old barn with a deck and views of the Berkshire mountains and valleys. Day-prior access for set up, all day use of space, day-after clean up access. Does not include: Restrooms, which must be rented by clients Additional costs for use of: onsite day-of coordinator, overflow parking for up to 50 cars, venue use for rehearsal dinner or second daytime event, use of PA system, tables and chairs.

For events of up to 250 on lawns (tent rental required). Outdoor ceremony and activity spaces with views of the Berkshire mountains. Day-prior access for set up, all day use of space, day-after clean up access. Does not include access to the Barn, even in cases of severe weather Final cost is determined by headcount, restroom, and scale of farm usage.
