About this venue
Locust Grove Estate is an unforgettable setting for weddings throughout the year, overlooking the Hudson River that combines the charm of the 19th century with the comfort of the 21st. Our West Gallery, located in the Arts-&-Crafts style Museum Pavilion, offers a unique setting for weddings. Guests can enjoy cocktails on the covered terrace and shaded courtyard, then dine and dance in an elegant gallery with hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, and three walls of windows and French doors providing access to the estate’s 200 acres of gardens and grounds. The West Gallery comfortably accommodates between 50 and 150 guests for dinner and dancing, while the adjacent Garden Lawn may also be rented for a ceremony overlooking the perennial gardens. For your convenience, the rental includes tables and chairs, a caterer’s kitchen, air conditioning, ample restroom facilities, and easy parking. Locust Grove only schedules one event each evening, so you and your guests are assured privacy.

Guests can enjoy cocktails on the covered terrace and shaded courtyard, then dine and dance in an elegant gallery with hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, three walls of windows, and French doors providing access to the estate’s gardens and grounds. This space comfortably accommodates between 50 and 150 guests for dinner and dancing.

Our Reese Gallery is the perfect space to host your wedding ceremony in the colder months, or if there is inclement weather. This space can accommodate up to 150 guests for the ceremony and offers a versatile space you can make your own with your decor to match your wedding's colors and theme.

The Garden Lawn is a stunning spot for an outdoor ceremony.
Set adjacent to our West Gallery, the Garden Lawn is the perfect spot to have your wedding ceremony! Surrounded by trees and our perennial gardens, this spot gives an elegant yet intimate feel to any ceremony. While the Garden Lawn is conveniently located next to the Terrace, where cocktail hour typically takes place, they are separated by beautiful greenery to help keep guests focus on the ceremony while the caterer can make sure everything is set for when the ceremony is over.

Then once the party is in full swing it creates a space for guests who may need to step away from all the action or just get some fresh air.

Perfect Day!
Locust Grove Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first contacted them, the staff was attentive and prompt in responding to all of our questions. The value they provided was exceptional - the timeless elegance of the estate and its beautiful grounds created the ideal backdrop for our photos and ceremony. I was able to get ready in the charming Greystone Manor, where the old-world charm added a special touch to our pictures. The ability to utilize the stunning grounds for both our ceremony and photography made the day truly perfect. This timeless location is one I would recommend to any couple 10 out of 10 times.
Beautiful!
We had our wedding there Labor day Weekend and it was STUNNING! This is such a well kept, beautiful venue with the perfect indoor and outdoor mix. I've heard nothing but compliments from my guests and our photos came back and they are beautiful! Ken made the whole process so easy and clear from the start, which is a huge bonus! If you're looking for a garden wedding, this is the spot.
