She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Hansen Weddings and Events was a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. The vendor was there promptly and available to help out and direct the wedding party to the right areas. Their work was solid, contributing to our special day in several ways. They were extremely punctual, which was greatly appreciated. The only gripe was the undecorated wedding arch - I've been to many weddings where a fully ornamental arch was provided, but the one here was simply wood. As a bridesmaid, I was unsure of the communication with the venue beforehand, but the bride had been under the impression that a ready-to-use photographer's arch would be available. We had to make a last-minute trip to the craft store to get it decorated. Overall, Hansen Weddings and Events did a great job and I would recommend them.

So asking him to take on full management of our wedding was as easy as saying I Do. And from that moment on - I could breathe. I trusted Ryan completely. His candor, conversation and industry wisdom are unparalleled. He wasn’t just our coordinator, planner and DJ, he was our advisor. No one knows Montana like him - he’s a native after all! This wedding would have been nowhere near as unique and special as it was, without Ryan and his level of detail and care. And, this man knows how to handle a bride with grace and charm! Ryan listened to my EVERY thought, idea and feeling. He worked everything in! He also knew howwhen to push back on me, which I am so grateful for. Here are some highlights from working with wedding artiste Ryan: His brilliant tablescape designs - including tree “cookies” cut from a tree in his own yard! His wooden guest book idea, the path he recommended for the wedding party procession, his seating chart and table layout mastery, all the day of paper items he designed himself and professionally printed, his coordination of our florals: we were able to use our wedding flowers for the rehearsal dinner, as well! He brought a guitar from his home and included it in his AV set up, so my brother could live perform a song he had written. He lent my family all the baby things! Pack and play, and whatever else babies need!? (dog parents here) When we flew in to visit the venue, he chauffeured us around town like we were his own family. For these reasons and SO many more, Ryan planned and executed the MOST amazingly perfect wedding weekend Big Sky, Montana has ever seen.
