All the way from your engagement to your big day, our team is there every step of the way with our Full-Time Service. The ultimate package for a care-free bride! Included: Initial consultation, monthly to bi-weekly check-ins, wedding day schedule, complete communication and organization with vendors, rehearsal assistance, day-of management

With our Month-Of Service, our team begins curating the finishing touches to your wedding four weeks out all the way to the day of your event. Included: Initial consultation, wedding day schedule, access to helpful documents (photography list, timeline, etc.), two one-hour scheduled meetings prior to wedding weekend, alleviate vendor questions and organization, rehearsal assistance, day-of management

Our Day-Of Service provides you with wedding coordination for the wedding day. From helping set up the venue to the sparkler exit, our team is there for your big day! Included: Initial consultation, two one-hour scheduled check-ins, wedding day schedule, rehearsal appearance, day-of management

    Allie was the day-of coordinator for our wedding in June 2024. She met with us twice before the day-of, and helped us put together an outline for the day. She was very organized with a thorough spreadsheet, and because of her impeccable attention to detail, our wedding day was SO smooth and stress-free. She was exactly the firm but kind, and organized but flexible presence that we needed at our wedding. Thank you, Allie!

    Allie is an amazing coordinator!! She was so fun to work with leading up to the big day, she helped me put my vision into motion and saw it through to the very end!! Allie helped pull not only the big things together but the small in between things that you might not even think of. I can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work!     We didn’t add Allie onto our wedding endeavor till pretty close to the wedding but I have to say she filled in the very needed gaps. We had many helpers but Allie had experience, passion, and preparedness. Our first meeting she assured me that even the littlest transitions she could take care of. I’d have a moment like “ooh did we forget this?” Or “is someone taking care of that?” And Allie was always two steps ahead of me. The rehearsal was quick and easy, and the whole wedding day flowed beautifully. She took care of everything, from telling the DJ when to announce things to queuing people to walk down the aisle and lighting all 200 something candles! I’m seriously impressed and positive that this day could not have ran without her.
