Your guests will be wowed by clear, unparalleled views of Capitol Hill, and both spaces can be combined by opening our two 25’ power-assisted garage doors. Both areas are furnished with mid-century inspired furniture. We are a raw space. We do not provide any food or beverage service. Catering, additional furniture, and equipment are permitted using one of the facility’s preferred vendors. It is highly recommended that you visit our website at skyline609 [dot] net/personal for full details and complete pricing. ===> PLEASE NOTE: There is a 6 hour minimum, which must include any setup and breakdown. We also require a professional event planner and catering --- no exceptions.

We selected Skyline 609 for our unusual dessert-only ceremony and reception. Our (130) guests were wowed by the watching our vows framed by a stunning sunset over the Capitol. The staff was accommodating to our caterer and event planner, and the event went off without a hitch. We'd happily choose Skyline 609 for future events — both personal and corporate.

Mess Hall is a modern wedding venue located in the heart of Washington, D.C. The only private event space in DC that looks into an open industrial kitchen, Mess Hall provides an urban and inviting atmosphere that your guests won’t soon forget. The polished concrete floors, exposed industrial ceilings and mid-century modern décor all make this venue the unique and versatile space you’ve been searching for. Having hosted events for countless local clients, such as DC Brau, The Smithsonian Institution, The Embassy of Japan and more, Mess Hall has the experience and reputation needed to host the celebration of a lifetime. For a true urban wedding experience in the middle of one of America’s most well-known cities, look no further than Mess Hall!

My husband and I had a tiny COVID wedding and chose Mess Hall as our venue for a post-wedding party to celebrate with all of our friends a year later. Our experience working with the team at Mess Hall was completely wonderful from start to finish! When we first saw Mess Hall and met with Al, we knew we’d found the right place for our party. It was such a warm first meeting, just checking out the venue over a couple of beers, and we could totally picture ourselves and our friends in the cool, laid-back space. We knew right away that we could trust Al to help us pull off our vision for the party. A few months later, Mess Hall added their new event coordinator Jordan, who is absolutely wonderful. Great vibes from the entire team—incredibly supportive, willing to do anything to make our party perfect, and always at the ready with helpful suggestions when we needed them. The day of the party, we felt so loved and supported by everyone at Mess Hall while we collaborated on setting things up (Al personally helped us hang our neon sign and disco ball) and put the finishing touches on our vision. Jordan and Al both made sure everything went smoothly all night—and we have Jordan to personally thank for documenting the party on our polaroid camera! It was a perfect night and we can’t recommend Mess Hall highly enough!

Create memories to last a lifetime at The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, Washington, D.C. With a range of gorgeously designed, intimate venues, our luxury hotel provides a one-of-a-kind setting for wedding celebrations.

I had the pleasure of working with the director of catering, Liliana Klein, on a gorgeous wedding this February. I was the couple's planner and was thrilled to be able to produce a wedding at Ritz Carlton Georgetown. Throughout the process, Liliana was so professional: warm and welcoming, communicative, addressed any and all questions, followed up after any meetings promptly, and on the day was FANTASTIC to work with. I could tell it was a high priority of Liliana to go above and beyond for the couple in making their wedding weekend a dream experience for them and an effortless celebration for their guests. Would work here for every wedding if I could! Plus, gatherings of 100 or less are my favorite!! Thank you, Liliana and RC staff.

This reclaimed warehouse is a two-minute walk from the Van Dorn Metro station on the Blue line. The rustic and industrial-chic event hall is perfect for film and photo projects, team meetings, corporate events, presentations, parties, and weddings! It features 2,000 square feet of space and can hold up to 200 people. We have a complete sound system and welcome outside food and drink. Reach out today to start planning your dream event.

I found The Garden ALX here on Zola and was completely satisfied with our experience. We had a kid-friendly Sunday afternoon reception and the venue fit the bill perfectly. They had multiple packages to choose from and an hourly rate as well. We had a four hour reception and they threw in two hours of free setup and an hour to take down and clear up. They also have yard games and other add ons you can include. Mary was great to work with and helped with any questions along the way. The only advice I would give is to reach out to them directly instead of through Zola for a faster response initially. Given the high price tag if venues in the DC area The Garden is a great option if your wedding is under 100 guests and you are looking to have a more casual reception.
