While we do not have a full kitchen, we offer a prep space to prepare, store and serve food. Our space is ideal for catered bites and cocktail foods. Ochre Court holds a rich history, having been built between 1890 and 1895 as the summer residence of Ogden Goelet. It's truly a magnificent location, nestled within the heart of the picturesque Salve Regina University campus, boasting breathtaking views of the Newport Cliff Walk. All ceremonies must take place in our Chapel or off site and you must pick from one of our preferred caterers. The recently renovated, 4,000 square foot space features over 200 feet of waterfront and incredible sunset views overlooking West Neck Harbor. The historic building, dating back to the 1920's, was originally used as boat storage. Today, it debuts a new look with versatility for any stylish event. Grammy award winning musician and East End resident Billy Joel recorded his album, River of Dreams, at The Boathouse in 1993.
