For full-day use of the pavilion, the rental fee is $6,500. Set-up may begin at 10:00 AM and all venue events must conclude by 9:45 PM

For Prep: Two-hour wedding rehearsal, access for venue set-up as early as 10:00 AM. A waterfront cottage to get ready in and to stay overnight. For Ceremony: 20 wood ceremony benches, 1 heptagonal wood ceremony arch, 5 whisky barrel tables. For Reception: 40 x 60 ft heavy timber frame pavilion, 20 x 20 catering tent, wooden covered bar structure, firepit with wood. Overall: 2 portable restrooms (non-flush) and wash station, 1 dock access for wedding photographs, 1 day of venue representative to support vendor questions, initial parking logistics, and management of the firepit

Yes! We have twenty rectangular 8 ft white tables (seats up to 8) and 130 folding white resin chairs. These can be rented and set up with your layout preference for a small additional setup and takedown fee. Twenty Ceremony benches and five cocktail hour whisky barrel tables are included in the rental fee.

Yes! One cottage is included in the rental fee as a get ready area for the wedding party which includes indoor electricity, kitchenette, and toilet. For additional fees, additional cottages may be available.

Yes! We have parking for upto 65+ cars. There is also a park and ride less than 5 minutes away.
