The Barns at Wesleyan Hills was an exceptional wedding venue that exceeded our expectations. Their communication throughout the 4-year planning process was always quick, helpful, and informative, which made the entire experience seamless. The quality of their work and overall value was truly remarkable - the venue was beautifully decorated in a dark, romantic style that was well worth the investment. Our day-of coordinator, Sean, was wonderful and so helpful in ensuring we were taken care of on our special day. The only slight downside was that Sean wasn't involved in the full 4-year planning process, so he didn't have the complete picture of our vision. Overall, we highly recommend The Barns at Wesleyan Hills for any couple looking for a rustic, romantic wedding venue with a fantastic team to support them.

I truly cannot say enough about The Barns and my experience with CT Wedding Group. The amount of help, availability, advice, professionalism, and overall knowledge of the industry was off the charts and it translated so immaculately to our wedding day and guest experience. When you book this venue, you are also booking a massive team of wedding planners and coordinators at an extremely affordable price. I was able to text their given phone number on any day, at any hour of the day, just to ask simple questions and get their insight. They answered every question within an hour and would even offer to speak to me on the phone or meet virtually on zoom. The actual venue, The Barns, provided a warm romantic setting for our wedding and basically spoke for itself in our pictures. Our guests were amazed by the vibe and complimented our choice for several days after. Their compliments included INCREDIBLE wait staff service, atmosphere, attention to guests, and extremely tasty food. I highly recommend The Barns and CT Wedding Group!!

Where do I even start?! The Barns at Wesleyan Hills (and all of CT Wedding Group) made my wedding dreams come true! Their customer service is over the top incredible. From the moment that I inquired about the Barns, until the last second of our wedding night, they were so responsive and helpful. They understood the pressure having a wedding can put on you and did their best to take the burden off of us. The food! I am a vegetarian and have a very specific palate. They worked with me to create a new dish that I wanted to eat on my wedding day. So many people came up to us at our wedding and gushed about the food, citing that they would have no idea it was banquet food that was serving 150 people. Every dish and appetizer was handcrafted to perfection. The venue itself was gorgeous and set the scene of our romantic and relaxed wedding day. The outdoor ceremony location on the venue’s property was such a nice thing to have, and we transitioned into cocktail hour right after our ceremony. The location of the venue was great too, about 2 hours from Boston (where we live) and 1.5 hours from most of our family that lives in Southern CT or New York. Once the day got going, we undoubtedly knew we were in good hands. Casey, our day of coordinator, expertly handled all of the little details and completely took the stress off of us. We can’t recommend this venue and company enough, they are certainly amazing at what they do and make you feel like you are their only client. I wish I could rewind and celebrate with them again!
