Her organization was extremely impressive to see first hand. Even the vendors we spoke with face-to-face raved about her organization, professionalism, and how easy it is to work with her. I think it speaks volumes that everyone she interacts with (clients and vendors alike) love to work with her. She is outstanding at balancing all the moving parts of a wedding with ease, and always made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Sarah always took the time to help us finetune even the smallest of details, making sure the day would include everything we wanted. So many of our friends have said the wedding process was one of the most stressful times in their lives, but we did not have that experience at all and this is hugely attributed to Sarah and her team. The experience was enjoyable and exciting, and we never once found ourselves overwhelmed. We would have never been able to make it to our wedding day while still having fun, if we didn’t have Sarah leading our team. On the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team were OUTSTANDING! We felt cared for by each member of the team and our guests felt the entire day flowed perfectly, all thanks to Sarah. Every small detail was planned out and went exactly as planned. I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.

Megan was simply amazing and this is coming from the husband. I was reluctant to hire a wedding planner just to save the cost, but I have to say Megan was so worth the extra money, not just to give my wife peace of mind the event would run smoothly and on time, she was punctual when needed. On wedding day she was running around everywhere making sure that the venue was kept in order and the things. She gave a timeline down to every five minutes and pretty much kept to it, but was extremely flexible to change. As the groom, I had little to worry about to begin with haha, but I definitely saw the work that Megan put in. Of course it had to rain on the wedding day, but she had a full Contingency plan in place weeks before making it only a mild inconvenience. Her communication skills were immaculate. We video chatted with her several times, leading up to the event, making sure everything was in order. This included a final walk-through a few weeks prior to wedding day meeting at the venue to make sure that we had planned would work. As they say, happy wife, happy life. Turns out to be a true statement.

Maddy & Cass are the best and everyone needs to hire them for their wedding!! From the start, they were professional, easy to communicate with, quickly responsive to emails, and eager to get started planning our wedding!! We met a few months prior to the wedding at the venue to see the space and talk all things details. We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!
