We had the best experience Karla and everyone at Domenico. They were accommodating, helpful, resourceful and incredibly easy to work with. The food and drinks were excellent. They took care of everything start to finish. I cannot recommend Domenico Winery enough.

We first learned about Oso Events in the summer of 2022 while remotely planning our California wedding from the East Coast. From the very first introductory call, they blew us away with their professionalism, punctuality, warmth, organization, and excellence. Without them, our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing as it was! They found us fantastic vendors in the Bay Area like the food, HMUA, DJ, and server staffing company, organized our wedding day schedule, held regular video calls with us, got quotes from vendors, kept track of our budget and payment schedule with weekly updates, arranged set-up of the ceremony and reception venue, made sure our vendors got day-of tips, and more! The only thing that could be improved is that there was a specific deadline for event liability insurance that I and the planning team all missed initially. No harm was done though! The mistake was caught in time before it affected the event, and all went well! Michelle and Raymundo excellently identified what our energy levels as a newlywed couple would be like in the week leading up to the big event, and the day of the actual wedding. Raymundo directed our impromptu ceremony rehearsal, helping our officiant and party mark their places and signaling where/when we should stand and walk. Michelle checked in with the bride and the groom consistently throughout the night of the reception, asking if we needed water, food, or other drinks since we were often distracted by the festivities. They maintained effective communication leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Their decorations at the ceremony and reception were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. At the end of the night, they managed takedown, and made sure all of the personal decorative items and remembrance photos we brought were conveniently all in the same box for us to take home. Through the yearlong process of planning, they dealt with last-minute logistical changes with incredible poise, and truly grounded us, allowing us to enjoy the day with free minds. The team even accommodated two of our guests who tested positive for COVID last-minute by setting up a separate table for them in the outdoor venue. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Not to mention, their BobaHolics boba bar was a huge hit and the photo booth was a lot of fun. We got a lot of mileage out of the sustainable decor inventory, which prevented us from having tons of wedding stuff on hand that we'd accumulate and need to resell after. The entire range of services offered by Oso is incredibly helpful and will make any event an absolute hit. We have loved working with the team and we’re so grateful they decided to take us on as clients at the start of their wedding planning journey.

Jess made my absolute dream wedding florals come true! After our initial consult, she sent me a beautifully pieced together PDF of her ideas/vision for the florals which must have taken her so much time. We discussed any changes, and then signed the contract. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire wedding process which made my life as a bride so much easier. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. I feel that her work was truly worth more than what I paid for and I appreciate everything that she did so much. I don't know how to give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!

We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Italian Brothers Restaurant was an excellent wedding caterer to work with. Their communication via text and email was very prompt and detailed, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, they arrived 2 hours early to set up everything, from the bar and food service to the cake cutting and champagne toast. The execution of their work, from heating the food to serving and cleaning up, was flawless, allowing us as the couple to fully enjoy our special day without any need for attention on our part. We are extremely happy with the quality of Italian Brothers' services and highly recommend them to any couples planning their wedding.

Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

My wife and I recently were married at Roaring Camp in California; a complicated venue with multiple steam train rides, an attached state park, outdoor ceremony, and indoor reception. At every step, Angela and Mike were unbelievable -- well prepared, extremely communicative, and stunningly talented. From the early planning process, Angela and Mike were easy to talk to, easy to schedule meetings with, and very informative. My Wife and I often remarked how smooth it was to knock out necessary administrative steps -- a testament to their organization and easy-to-use website. Day of, Angela and Mike managed our nerves, facilitated an incredible first look, and coached us through our inexperience in front of the camera. I simply can't imagine a better or smoother experience. Then, they turned our sneak peak photos around extremely quickly, proving that on top of their amazing 'soft' skills they have a fantastic eye and enormous talent. What's more, Angela and Mike are simply fun. They remarked about recently having drinks with a handful of previous couples they originally photographed and now consider friends. Each of our preferred vendors have worked with Hakone Estate and Gardens before and is familiar with the venue’s policies and regulations.

Not only was this venue beautiful, they were also so easy to work with. We only did our ceremony here but everything went so smoothly. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and all our guests were able to take pictures as well. The only reason we didn't have our reception here was because we needed to be able to bring in our own vendors for dinner. As the bride, I had an air-conditioned room to get ready in with all my bridesmaids. My husband and his party had a cute outdoor covered area with couches to chill before the wedding. This place was made to take pictures in so all our pictures turned out amazing!

I cannot recommend Boulder Ridge by Wedgewood Weddings enough! From booking the venue to coordinate with the ladies on my vision to Karyn being the best day of coordinator- we had such a smooth and successful wedding planning experience. I also love that you can text them pictures and text questions at anytime. It was so easy and helped make the process a bit more stress-free. On top off the service, the venue was stunning. My guests loved the long driveway and that the ceremony was outside. It was beautiful! The vendors provided by Wedgewood Weddings are also top notch. We used I Do Cakes (which they were able to make vegan) and it was so good. We even had guests ask where we got the cake (win!). We used DJ Kevin (imobile DJs) and he was so great! 98% of the wedding guests were on the dance floor by the end of the night. We also used Flower Divas- I was very particular and sent Shawna all of my pinterest pictures. She absolutely nailed it! Everything was beautiful and better than expected. We received so many compliments on the flowers.

They even have gold cutlery available on request (it's all in the details). Having dedicated day-of coordinators, Jennifer and Priscilla, was an absolute game changer - they were so helpful throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Priscilla was our technical "day-of" coordinator, but both she and Jennifer had been so responsive every day leading up to the wedding, it felt like we had a coordinator every day! We were so impressed with 43&Company. We got an assortment of little cakes and they were all delicious. Excellent for a wedding where guests have different taste preferences so they can select what they want. We ordered the cakes with delivery and 43&Company arrived on time, set up the cakes efficiently and beautifully, and let us lease some of their plates for decoration. We returned the leases items the following day and got our deposit back. Everything was phenomenal, worth the price!

We worked with Sushi Private Catering a few times on the wedding couple's bridal shower and after-party, they are very professional and nice, a few things we really appreciate are they always be at the event early and they clean up properly. They will consider the venue whether it's indoor or outdoor, and give the couple proper suggestion about the menu, so the event won't smell oily or food, and sometimes they were not the only food vendors, they also gave the wedding couple proper suggestions about the food quantity, their chef also very experienced and nice, they will engage with the guests. During the planning period, we had a few time meetings with them, they always took very detailed notes and sent us for confirmation. So we know we don't need to worry about a thing with the catering part because their team is very reliable. We especially like how they decore the serving table, they brought a lot of decore and make the sushi station nice and elegant, how they display the sushi is also very delicate. Overall, we strongly recommend this team.

Our experience with Mavericks House was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was effortless, with easy contact via email and their event portal. Brittani, our main contact, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring that we were always up-to-date on deadlines, payments, and required documentation/forms. The venue's payment schedule and pricing structure were transparent and easy to understand, and the payment portal made transactions simple and convenient. The portal also let us refer to current and past documents at any time, making planning much easier. One of the highlights of our experience was the delicious food and drinks provided by the venue. The menu we chose offered a variety of options, including 3 cocktail hour appetizers, starter salad, 3 different mains, 2 sides, a churro bar, wine list, beer list, and His/Hers signature cocktails. The tasting process to choose our menu and drink list was not only enjoyable but also helped us customize our selections to our preferences. During the tasting, we also chose tablecloth/napkin colors, table configurations, and many other details for our wedding. They also took into consideration our guests with sensitive food allergies. We needed accommodations for gluten free, nut free, and shellfish free guests. Our guests with these allergies said the staff were very helpful and provided food they could enjoy. One thing that truly set this venue apart was their accommodation for guests who didn't drink. They allowed us to have two His/Hers signature cocktails and a mocktail, ensuring that everyone had a special drink option. Additionally, they provided Martinelli sparkling cider in addition to champagne for our toast, catering to our non-drinking guests. Throughout our wedding day, the staff provided full support and assistance when necessary, including helping us set up our DIY decor/centerpieces. Whenever we wanted to get more drinks from the bar, a staff member made us feel special by getting our drinks quickly, making us feel like the VIPs of our event! Since we were busy taking photos during our cocktail hour, at dinner, the staff provided us with a sampler plate of the appetizers we missed during cocktail hour, which was very thoughtful! At the end of the night, clean up was a breeze as the staff quickly and efficiently helped us clean up well before our 11pm cut-off time. Overall, our experience with Mavericks House was wonderful, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a picturesque venue that offers great food, drinks, and exceptional service.

There was no doubt in our minds when we chose Ivory Sky Media. We came across their videos on their blog and Vimeo, and fell in love with their style. Right when I got into contact with Allen, I felt so comfortable working with him. He was friendly, and quick to reply with our messages. Their prices and services were straight forward, nothing complicated, and very reasonably priced! Allen even gave me a discount (Facebook code). For our wedding, we had 3 videographers: Allen, Jennifer, and Frank. They were shooting all different kinds of angles, they even had a drone. How awesome!! The first time I met them, they were so friendly. Especially Allen, he was so genuinely kind-hearted, and even while we were getting ready, they were all so patient and nice with everyone. However, traffic held them back about an hour, but it was OK since we were kind of running behind schedule. Because of this, Allen was kind enough to refund me the extra 1 hour I paid for. How nice of him! The wedding video came in the mail as 2 BluRay discs, with customized cases. The entire video was amazing!! Previously, the editor had sent us a questionnaire that provided them an idea of our favorite songs and what style we wanted. All the songs they chose were so perfect!! The shots they took were beautiful, the drone shots were amazing! Then the highlight video was done and even that was also so perfect! Literally chose the perfect songs, songs we didn't even know much people liked or knew about, but these songs were all about us. It represented us so well as a couple. Overall, Allen and his crew at Ivory Sky Media were amazing! Highly recommended! Thank you!!

This review is long overdue. The staff was really amazing in coordinating our perfect wedding right from the beginning. We were planning our big day from out of state, which you would think would cause a few hiccups but the staff at J Winston Winery made everything very easy. Taylor Kinsey, Operations manager, was always quick to respond, provided great recommendations, had tremendous patience and was very professional throughout the entire process. They offered a package to buy out the winery at a very reasonable price so we didn’t have to worry about uninvited guests or rush any last minute details. The wine packages were just as reasonable; the only tough decision here was deciding which ones to serve. The newly built barn, where we hosted our reception was beautifully done. It had all the right touches with very little need for additional decorations. The day before the wedding we were able to setup/prep anything we needed to and of course enjoyed some of their amazing wine. We were really appreciative of them working closely with our multiple vendors prior to wedding day and getting them all set up on our special day. We can’t thank them enough for making our special day truly magical. We still visit the winery when we’re in town and to this day continue to thank them for the great job they did and reminiscence on the fun we had. Thank you John and the J Winston Winery team for being there for us especially Taylor and Leyla!
