We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

With the tall trees and beautiful grassy lawn, there is plenty of room to spread out and I always feel at home with my harp in such a natural setting. The staff is wonderful, easy to work with, and friendly, and it has been a joy over the years to be a part of so many special and memorable events at this beautiful rustic venue!

Jess made my absolute dream wedding florals come true! After our initial consult, she sent me a beautifully pieced together PDF of her ideas/vision for the florals which must have taken her so much time. We discussed any changes, and then signed the contract. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire wedding process which made my life as a bride so much easier. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. I feel that her work was truly worth more than what I paid for and I appreciate everything that she did so much. I don't know how to give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!

Kaci was the perfect day-of-coordinator and we highly, highly recommend her. She shepherded us through the month- and day-of calmly and confidently and made the wedding day run smoothly. About a month before, we met with her to discuss our priorities for our wedding, establish a timeline, and make sure we were on top of all the details. She came to this meeting very organized, and prompted us to think about things that weren't even on our radar - as an example, whether we wanted a grand entrance and what song we'd like for that. As we got closer to the wedding day, she took over communicating with our vendors and provided all of them with detailed itineraries and instructions. A few of our vendors told us that Kaci was one of the more organized coordinators they've worked with. She was very responsive if we had questions or wanted clarifications and was always open to more communication. On the day of, she was perfect - we felt totally at ease knowing that all of the vendors knew the plan and that Kaci would tell us where to be and when. She had a calming tone and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and was instantly responsive if we needed anything or wanted to make last-minute changes. We were able to focus entirely on enjoying the party. We are so glad we chose Kaci!!

If I could give Kim Baker Beauty more than 5 stars, I would!! My wife and I got married in Saratoga, California a couple of weeks ago and we couldn't have been more thrilled with Kim, Lupe, and Steven. We got hair and makeup for ourselves and our bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, and even a little kid makeup for our flower girls. Our priorities were to feel present on our wedding day and to feel like ourselves, just a little more polished. We don't wear makeup on a day to day basis, and so we didn't want fake lashes or extensions. Kim worked with us to help us achieve our vision for our hair and makeup and encouraged us to give her extensive notes about what we didn't like at our preview (SO hard to do as a people pleaser, but Kim created a safe space where we were able to do so). My wife Ali thought she wanted a glowy look, but ended up going completely non-glowy on wedding day and LOVED it. She struggles to have her hair hold a curl for more than an hour, and Kim did such a good job her hair was still wavy the morning after the wedding after sleeping on it all night! I found out at our preview how particular I am about having my makeup done, and Kim let me do my eyeliner and eyebrows myself on our wedding day. It was the perfect balance of feeling pampered by Kim but still feeling in control of the things I am very picky about! Both of us have very sensitive scalps, and Kim made sure each and every pin felt comfortable and wasn't pinching. It made a HUGE difference in our stamina throughout our long crazy wedding to not have the added sensory nightmare of pins buried in our heads. Full disclosure, Kim is a dear friend of mine. But she and her team also hit it off with the rest of our bridal party! They're in selfies taken while getting ready, and they even got our shy junior bridesmaids chatting and laughing. We are so grateful for how they made our wedding morning feel organized, calm, and fun! If you're not sure whether to book Kim Baker Beauty, take it from me - there's none better.

Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. We held our wedding reception at Saratoga Springs in the Cathedral Grove region of the venue on a Saturday in October. After visiting them for a walkthrough, we booked this venue about a year and a few months in advance. This was the first venue we visited and we fell in love! We felt a great family-like vibe from the staff, starting with Jennifer who coordinated our initial booking and tour. Throughout our time preparing for this event, Olivia and Sam were extraordinary in their communication, response time, and knowledge of these events. They did a wonderful job in helping us understand what we needed vs. what we wanted and good decisions to make. They never tried to upsell us on more expensive options, always letting us know the best value for what we wanted. Throughout this process, we knew we had made the right choice in terms of staff. Scenically, Saratoga Springs is stunning! An outdoor venue with several different species of large trees like oaks and redwoods, many small creeks that run through and around the venue, and several amenities included such as lights that wrap around the trees, a firepit, and artificial turf that you can actually wear high heels on! We were in love with the scenery immediately because our reception was LOTR/Legend of Zelda themed and this was perfect for us. Throughout the actual event, the Saratoga Springs staff was excellent. They assisted us and our own day of wedding coordinators in running the event and making sure we had everything that they could provide. Our reception was during a brutal heat wave in the Bay Area, but Cathedral Grove had so many large trees that the shade they provided meant the floor never got hot and it felt more like 75 degrees which was SO essential for the comfort of ourselves and our guests. Everything was great, and we give the venue and their staff a 10/10. There was one glaring issue we want to address. The DJ we booked, Paul Dominguez, was a very nice man. He seemed to be on top of it, being in constant communication with us leading up to the event. We felt that he was going to do a great job. Yet, when it came time for the event, he made SEVERAL mistakes in what we asked him to do that we felt the need to address this situation and performance. He is part of the approved vendor list for DJs but we honestly feel Saratoga Springs needs to either reevaluate him or discuss this with him because literally everything else about the night was perfect for us, except him. Again, he is a nice guy and even provided cold sparklers for us for free which we really appreciated, but the lack of attention to detail in several aspects of this night was something we felt we needed to address here. Overall, Saratoga Springs is an excellent venue choice for a big event like a wedding/reception and we are happy to recommend anyone looking for a venue. We had an amazing experience for our reception and we are very satisfied with the staff and scenery of this venue.

We hosted our October 2023 Wedding Ceremony at Hakone and we were so happy with the beautiful gardens and overall experience. The staff at Hakone (Tony and Melia) were extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to work with and they went above and beyond to make sure our rehearsal and ceremony went smoothly. We requested a unique setup with two aisles and we had a large decoration to attach to an arch we rented through a vendor, and they worked with both us and our vendors to make sure that everything was set up just right with plenty of time to spare. They also helped us work through all the important details of the ceremony without being overwhelming, and they did a perfect job executing on the actual ceremony, queuing our party to walk and managing the music and sound system. The garden itself is beautiful in any season. We visited multiple times throughout the year leading up to our wedding and enjoyed different plants in bloom every time. In October, the garden was still lush and green with redwoods, bamboo, and the Koi pond providing amazing variety. Our guests had a great time strolling through the gardens before and after the ceremony, and there were tons of amazing backdrops for our wedding photos. They even gave us a complimentary year-long membership following our wedding so we could come back to relive the memories! In summary, we highly recommend Hakone whether for a wedding ceremony or just a visit!

This review is long overdue. The staff was really amazing in coordinating our perfect wedding right from the beginning. We were planning our big day from out of state, which you would think would cause a few hiccups but the staff at J Winston Winery made everything very easy. Taylor Kinsey, Operations manager, was always quick to respond, provided great recommendations, had tremendous patience and was very professional throughout the entire process. They offered a package to buy out the winery at a very reasonable price so we didn’t have to worry about uninvited guests or rush any last minute details. The wine packages were just as reasonable; the only tough decision here was deciding which ones to serve. The newly built barn, where we hosted our reception was beautifully done. It had all the right touches with very little need for additional decorations. The day before the wedding we were able to setup/prep anything we needed to and of course enjoyed some of their amazing wine. We were really appreciative of them working closely with our multiple vendors prior to wedding day and getting them all set up on our special day. We can’t thank them enough for making our special day truly magical. We still visit the winery when we’re in town and to this day continue to thank them for the great job they did and reminiscence on the fun we had. Thank you John and the J Winston Winery team for being there for us especially Taylor and Leyla!

We worked with Sushi Private Catering a few times on the wedding couple's bridal shower and after-party, they are very professional and nice, a few things we really appreciate are they always be at the event early and they clean up properly. They will consider the venue whether it's indoor or outdoor, and give the couple proper suggestion about the menu, so the event won't smell oily or food, and sometimes they were not the only food vendors, they also gave the wedding couple proper suggestions about the food quantity, their chef also very experienced and nice, they will engage with the guests. During the planning period, we had a few time meetings with them, they always took very detailed notes and sent us for confirmation. So we know we don't need to worry about a thing with the catering part because their team is very reliable. We especially like how they decore the serving table, they brought a lot of decore and make the sushi station nice and elegant, how they display the sushi is also very delicate. Overall, we strongly recommend this team.
