Welcome and congratulations on your engagement! You’re here because you already have a good handle on the planning process and just need a calm, organized and fun person to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. That’s me! Hi, I’m Patricia. As a former Executive Assistant it was easy to transition to becoming a Wedding Coordinator. I traded managing CEOs and their schedules for managing couples and theirs! I’ve been in the wedding industry since 2006, starting with designing invitations and full planning to where I am now.

I'm happy to be part of an amazing community of wedding planners and coordinators! What sets me apart from others is that I treat your wedding as if it were my own. I'm super outgoing and will be your bestie through good and stressful times.

    Patricia is an absolute lifesaver. She is incredibly professional and truly amazing at what she does, making sure everything flows seamlessly so you don’t have to worry about anything except marrying the love of your life. She’s also so fun to be around, making the whole experience even better. Thanks to her, our wedding day was stress-free and perfect. I can’t recommend her enough!

    We had the absolute pleasure of working with Patricia as our wedding coordinator, and she was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process! From the very start, she was incredibly detailed and always asked the right questions to ensure we were covered in every aspect of the wedding. It was clear she knew what to prioritize and was proactive about addressing things we hadn’t even thought of. She had so many great ideas and resources! We also appreciated her ability to handle all different types of personalities when it came to our guests. She was calm, composed, and tactful, no matter what the situation was. Whenever a problem arose (and honestly, there weren’t many), Patricia was quick to resolve it—even without us even knowing there was an issue in the first place. That alone was such a relief! She also took care of all our personal items and decor, packing them up for us at the end of the night. It was a thoughtful touch that showed how much she truly cared about making our experience stress-free. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available whenever we needed her, which made the whole planning process much easier. On the big day, everything went off without a hitch. From the ceremony to our beautiful reception at Saratoga Springs, everything ran smoothly, and we could genuinely enjoy ourselves knowing Patricia was handling everything behind the scenes. If you want to enjoy your wedding without worrying about every detail, I highly recommend Patricia! She is a true professional and we had the best time working with her. She truly made our day so special and unforgettable!

    Patricia was phenomenal to work with, learned about our style and preferences, provided valuable feedback throughout the process and was flexible with us. She helped us think through what questions we should be asking in our calls with vendors, what we should execute on in the months leading to our wedding and build a robust day of timeline to nail the details for the wedding. We were able to really enjoy and be in the moment for our wedding as Patricia helped manage our vendors, bring to life our ceremony and reception spaces and keep a great pace on the wedding timeline. We had our ceremony and reception at separate spaces and Patricia made it a seamless transition. We had so many people comment at our wedding and after how much fun they had, how great the DJ that Patricia recommended was and how smooth the experience felt. We would not have been able to execute and enjoy our wedding without Patricia. She is amazing at her craft and made us feel at ease, highly recommend working with her!!
