This developed into a greater love of bringing others happiness and relief in their journey in putting together their unique and perfect events.

We embrace the unconventional to plan the most fun, authentic, and take-your-breath-away wedding experiences. Two Perfect Events is an award-winning and published event design and planning studio based in the Bay Area. We also travel worldwide! We are passionate about creating experiences with highly personalized details and breathtaking moments. Our services include event and graphic design, partial and full service planning. There's nothing we love more than being creative and thinking outside of the box. We know event planning is difficult and time-consuming, we are here to help save you time and stress!

    I just completed a wedding with Yoko from Two Perfect Events. Yoko was amazing to work with and every step of the way she was on her game. I work at a venue and it can be a challenge to get a vendor team who is both professional and is there to WORK. From the beginning, Yoko was on top of what the couple wanted but also needed. She made sure no detail was overlooked and then triple-checked again. Both she and her team worked diligently, professionally, and with a kindness that is not often seen in the event world. Planning a wedding can be a huge undertaking and I watched as Yoko took charge and made sure nothing was forgotten. On the day everyone was on top of their game, and no one was rushing to go home. Another rarity in the event world. I look forward to any event planned by Yoko because I know it will be extremely smooth and it will bring to life everything the couple has been planning with effortless skill. Thanks again for being an all-star, Yoko, you are welcome at the Los Altos History Museum any time!

    Yoko & TPE were an incredible help during the day and gave great guidance during the process. I am a designer so I picked a partial package. On the day everything was taken care of for me. They also took all the BTS video & photos I couldn’t which was such a blessing. The first wedding planner to respond to me promptly & respectfully. I don’t have any regrets about using TPE

    Working with Two Perfect Events, and specifically with Leah and Yoko, was the best decision we made for our wedding. We live in the Bay Area but had decided to have our wedding in Washington state. We knew this was going to be an additional challenge planning an out of state wedding so having an event planner was without question. Leah supported with all of our planning at the start and then transitioned it over to Yoko in the last couple of months leading up to the wedding as Yoko would be our day of coordinator. I was a pretty hands-on bride often doing a lot of the research for vendors. Leah supported me in communicating with different vendors, asking all the right questions, and helping us to read the fine print of contracts. If it wasn't for Leah, we definitely would have missed some significant key details. When things transitioned over to Yoko leading up to the wedding, Yoko encouraged frequent and consistent communication to review every single detail down to every minute of the day. It really helped to ease my own worries and anxiety over how the day was going to go knowing that I was in really good hands. Every week that we met with Yoko, I felt the relief of all our questions, concerns, and worries being addressed, and knowing that she was on our side to bring our vision to life. Yoko helped to rally all of our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding, Yoko made sure that we, as the bride and the groom, were able to live in the moment and enjoy our day. Yoko was the best day of coordinator who expertly ensured everything was running smoothly, and guided all of our vendors. We felt so taken care of by Yoko and our vendors, and the day was as magical as could be. Everything was even better than we imagined and we couldn't be more thankful to Two Perfect Events for playing the biggest role in making our wedding a dream come true. Thank you Leah and Yoko! I know that this wedding would be a lot more stressful and challenging if we did this on our own. We are forever grateful!
