    Please do not book this vendor. The worst experience I have ever gone through with trusting a vendor to take care of my special day. Bailey ghosted my venue the week leading up to the wedding, then completely ghosted me day of. Never showed up, never provided a heads up she wouldn't be there. My venue was remote and running to the store last minute was not an option. My flower arch for the altar was not done and a lot of key things did not happen because of her lack of communication. So disappointed that people can take advantage of others like this. I was provided with an update a full 9 days after my wedding that there was a medical emergency. I was told I would be refunded in 15 days and I have yet to see any money. Bailey is now claiming it's an insurance issue and I unfortunately will have to take legal action now. If you are a bride or really anyone in need of a florist- DO NOT BOOK HER! Completely unprofessional and took a HUGE part of my wedding day away due to her inability to be an adult and business owner and communicate with me. Now she is refusing to do the right thing and refund me. Please do not book her or even inquire with her about services. You will be disappointed, heartbroken, and so sad come your wedding day. I do not want to even give her stars, she deserves a 0 out of 5 but it's not an option on Zola to do zero...

    I was very disappointed with the service from Blooms by Bailey G for our wedding. Their communication was inconsistent - I had to reach out multiple times to get updates, and they lacked follow through on their commitments. The quality of their work was poor, and they did not provide good value. For example, I was promised a preserved bouquet months ago that I never received, despite my repeated attempts to follow up with them. I paid 200 and am working now to get my money back. Overall, I would not recommend using Blooms by Bailey G for your wedding flowers.

    Blooms by Bailey G was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Their communication style could only be described as the worst ever - they completely ghosted me on my wedding day, leaving me with no florals at all for my ceremony and reception. The quality of their work and value was complete trash. They ruined my entire wedding day and still haven't returned my money, even a month later. Brides, beware of this florist - they will ruin your special day just like they ruined mine!

    Blooms by Bailey G was a disappointment for our wedding florals. While the owner, Bailey, was kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the planning process, the final product did not live up to our expectations. The bouquets and centerpieces were small and lacked the fullness we had envisioned. I bought the tall stands for what I expected to be large centerpieces and isle decorations but the florals were too small and light so the stands blew over right away. The flower arrangements ended up at the bottom, rather than on top of the stands. The arch arrangement was shockingly different from what I thought we discussed. Though beautiful, it was quite distracting as I walked down the aisle and throughout the ceremony. Overall the final product was not what I was expecting for 2k and it sadly did take away from my big day.
