During the planning process, he was always easy to reach and very patient with our many questions. He was super communicative throughout the entire engagement period. He gave great recommendations for vendors too. Even if we decided to go with other vendors, he was extremely professional and took everything in-stride. He was highly organized: he kept detailed notes for all our requests and meetings and ensured we were always aware of how things were progressing by using a Trello board, which was extremely assuring! I’m a Type A perfectionist, so I was worried about leaving everything in someone else’s hands but it was SO SO easy to relax because I knew he was taking care of it.
