I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The place is absolutely stunning. It is a beautiful venue space surrounded by mountain views with the perfect backdrop of grandfather mountain as you say “I do”. Inside the lighting and ceilings were a sight in itself. From day one the staff has been amazing. The Venue Manager, Pam, was easily accessible and prepared to answer any question that I had. She was ready to accommodate whatever I needed and even made the time to let me view my table layout in person because I needed the visual to see if our game-plan could work. The venue coordinator, Gracie, is an absolute doll and just as sweet to work with. I wish I could get married all the time, just so I can visit them at the venue!

Homewood, a special event venue in Asheville, NC, is an ideal destination for rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, and gatherings. Homewood is a beautifully restored 1920s stone manor located in Asheville's post-Victorian historic district of Montford. The elegant castle was originally built as a private home. The elegance of the 1920s luminesces from original wrought iron chandeliers and alabaster sconces, casting graceful lighting from the 20-foot ceilings of the Great Room to the original hardwood floors, cherry walls, and grand Appalachian stone fireplaces. Conveniently located within a mile of downtown Asheville, Homewood offers 200 free, designated parking spaces, and is located in a neighborhood setting. The Great Room seats 110 people for dinner, or up to 150 with cocktail seating, with space for dance floor and DJ or band. Homewood is fully handicap-accessible. The beautiful and lush surrounding grounds provide additional outdoor space, including our garden ceremony site.

We provide bar services at Homewood and it's our favorite venue to work, hands down. They have their systems totally dialed, and the staff is amazing to work with!

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

We recently had our wedding at the Farm on 95 and it was a beautiful venue. The staff was amazing and very professional and it was so simple to get set up and get the party started! Rachel was very kind and helpful leading up to the wedding and I loved that all the tables and chairs were set up and taken down for us so all we had to do was decorate. The staff was great, they helped keep everything running smoothly and were prepared with a rain plan and everything. I loved the location, it was easy for the guests to find and there is lots of parking, plus its close to a ton of hotels, the outlets, and both Selma and Smithfield downtown areas.

Our original venue would not accommodate the number of guests we had and to reschedule our whole wedding within 3 WEEKS of the date.. John and Natasha worked diligently and speedy to set up our 100+ guest wedding within the time frame and was quick to response and very Communicative. The venue is very big with many ways to accommodate any type of wedding or event. Food was great to top it off. Only complaint, time went by to quickly on our special day :) AMAZING PLACE thank you John and Natasha for everything !!!!

Separk Mansion is a wedding venue located in Gastonia, North Carolina that is just 20 minutes from Charlotte. This renovated mansion is designed with beautiful weddings in mind and will give you an elegant backdrop that will create a celebration that is full of everlasting memories. Separk Mansion is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings. The first floor ballroom retains old vintage hardwood floors and has a ceiling that shimmers with crystal chandeliers. At the front there is a large staircase as well as large front doors that lead to an expansive limestone veranda that can be used for a cocktail hour. This impressive estate was built in 1919 by textile mogul Joseph Separk. He lived in the mansion with his wife and son during the 1920s. In 2012 it underwent complete renovation and is currently one of the most popular locations for ceremonies and receptions. The mansion is part of the York Chester Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Working with Separk was super easy from start to finish. We had Hannah as our wedding coordinator and she did a great job with creating and sticking to the timeline. She also did great at setting up our decor items and some flowers we brought to the venue. She was very communicative with us and our bridal party/family so that everyone knew what was expected from them for the ceremony. Overall we had a great experience with Separk and had the most perfect wedding thanks to them!

First, it’s beautiful. We did our ceremony at a Catholic church down the street and had our reception at the Rafters, but my favorite photos are by far the ones we took in front of the St Mark’s chapel- it’s so romantic! As a reception venue, it is very reasonably priced, and has everything you could need. We got ready in the adorable carriage house, and we also did my bridal shoot there a few weeks before the wedding- they turned out beautifully. Also, if you book with their caterer (The Flyin’ Lions), you get a discount AND support a good cause! But that’s not even the best part: their food is AMAZING. I am literally still dreaming about the salmon and mashed potatoes from my wedding day, and so many guests told me how much they loved the food. The taste testing was fun too, they have a ton of options! Also, Allison is the best coordinator EVER. You will love working with her, and every vendor I hired that had worked with her before told me the same thing! She is so personable and really gets to know you, and she will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need. She is fantastic with communication; her responsiveness and helpfulness alone reduced my wedding planning stress. I also loved the preferred vendor list Allison provided; it made it a lot easier to narrow down our vendor choices! Allison and Debbie (from Flyin’ Lions) made our wedding and all the months leading up to it so special and wonderful; we cannot recommend them enough!

They customized a menu for us and the set up was something out of a magazine. We worked with their on-sight Event Coordinator who handled everything from start to finish and worked great with our budget. 10 out of 10. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Some miscommunication occurred about 30-60 days out worrying us about day of. When the weekend came, everything went so smoothly. The bridal and grooms suite were spacious and had all we needed. The venue is gorgeous and fell in love with the wooden tables and Phoenix chairs. Cannot thank Kristen for all she did that weekend!

When searching for a venue to host my son's rehearsal dinner I stumbled across The Carolina Estate online. I reached out to the venue and was delighted to learn I was speaking directly with Mrs. Sheila, the venue owner. From the first phone call, I immediately felt such a connection to her and her sincere kindness. I was coming from 4 hours away to have the dinner here and had no idea where to begin with catering or anything else. She was kind enough to send me a vendors list and even put me in contact with a local catering service. She never minded me calling or emailing her with questions and was always available and very knowledgeable. She sent me pics of the Opal room, which is just one of the many rooms they have available and I immediately knew that it was exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived she had the tables arranged as we had discussed and I must say the place blew me away with all of its beauty. It is located on a picturesque landscape with with a beautiful view of a large pond. The room I rented was very adequate for a rehearsal dinner and could accommodate 60 people easily. The ceiling is decorated with beautiful twinkling led lights that are breathtaking at night. The facility is immaculate. Very easy access. It was just perfect and so was the package pricing (very good pricing for such an amazing venue). I am still getting compliments about the dinner and everyone was so impressed with everything about it. If you are looking for a beautiful venue either for your wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner or any other occasion please give The Carolina Estate a chance, you won't be disappointed! The staff, especially Sara, was amazing and so helpful with every aspect of planning and coordinating our special day. They suggested wonderful caterers and their bar staff was fantastic. The parking lot, A/V capabilities, and private photo room were an added bonus that really made our day run smoothly. We are SO lucky we found this venue for our wedding! It's been a long time planning - but Alexis was super communicative and responsive for every question in our 20 months of planning. She made all the decisions a breeze and was so detail oriented during our walk through to ensure our vision was received. Our guests were amazed by the venue's beauty and all night we received compliments and "HOW did you find this place?! it's BREATHTAKING"! We just responded with "we know ;)" I will also have to say - having the getting ready suites on site made the whole day even that much more of a breeze. We provided our own food & drink but the Bride's Suite Bathtub is something out of a luxury castle's home. AMAZING photo opportunities! The Groom's suite with pool table, TV, video games & darts was perfect for my partner and his group. Even though there was a wedding there the night before ours - Alexis had everything under control in terms of a rehearsal the morning of our wedding. We all arrived about an hour ahead of official venue access, ran through our rehearsal, and put cars in place to unload when we got to our access time. Her team was top notch - and had all our decor items set up perfectly. I also LOVED that we didn't have to tear down or clean up anything other than what we brought in. I can not put into words how much I recommend this venue for your perfect mountaintop wedding or event. It vastly exceeded our expectations and I hope they keep expanding their venture here in Whittier, NC!!

Great spots for pictures like the stairs outside. The reception area has a beautiful stone fireplace, cozy bar area, and nice deck/patio for cocktail hour. The staff here will go out of their way to make everything just as you envision it.

Wagon Master Ranch was absolutely amazing! We had our ceremony outside down by the pond and it was perfect , the twinkle lights and the pond fountain were such a sweet additional touch to the area ! My favorite part of the ceremony area was the handcrafted door just before I walked down the aisle ! The reception building turned out absolutely beautiful with all the decor and different sets of lighting options we had ! The bella room for the bride was gorgeous ! Such a great place to get ready in , my wedding party and I really enjoyed ourselves in such a comfortable area . Our experience at the venue was just perfect for our big day ! We had the tractor wagon to drive our wedding party around . Mr.Roger and Mrs.Debb were awesome to work with . They made us feel like we are part of the family and were so welcoming !
