Our Estate House is ideal for getting ready for your big day and relaxing with family for photo opps!
The Estate house was originally built in 1828 by the Sanders family. Purchased and renovated in 2024, the Gotliffe’s bring a touch of modern low country elegance to this 3,500 square foot Johnston County landmark. Housing two private dressing suites, a lounge and three spacious hardwood floored gathering rooms. Perfect for smaller affairs and cocktail style events of up to 75 guests.

Main Hall
Our Main Hall is designed to host your cocktail hour and reception with a low country, French elegance vibe!
Over 4,100 sq. ft. of space to host your indoor reception, comfortably seating 175 with room for dancing! The Cocktail Lounge, connected to the Main Hall, boasts an 1,100 sq.ft. open area with accompanying fireplace and lounge furniture (available for rent). The Main Hall also doubles as a rain back up plan for outdoor ceremonies!

Spring Bloom Garden
This expansive outdoor location is perfect for a ceremony and/or cocktail hour and offers a variety of scenic options.
Our Spring Bloom garden features two ceremony site choices of either on our deck covering a small pond or in front of a beautiful oak tree as the Spanish moss flows in the breeze. Both are surrounded by nature and great options for your place to say "I do"!

Incredible!
Working with Madison Mundy is an experience any couple needs to have. When you look for a wedding planner/coordinator all you can dream is to have a stress free process leading to your wedding day. This is exactly what you will get with Madison. Being a Wedding Photographer I have worked with countless planners in my years in business and I can tell you horrifying stories my couples has to experience with other planner. BUT this will NEVER be your story if you work with Madison. Her and her team are always on top of things, communicating to their couples and to their vendors so clearly and in a timely manor. She will make your wedding planning dreams come true and allow you to experience your wedding day like you should, Not having to worry about A Thing! You can rest assure you can trust her with your eyes closed!
