We would HIGHLY recommend hiring Sarah Rosier to help plan your wedding. We hired Sarah as a day-of coordinator for our recent wedding at Turf Valley Resort, and it was one of the best decisions that we made for many reasons. While we already consider ourselves “planners” (we worked on our wedding 10 months in advance with organized milestones, trackers, etc. in spreadsheets), we still benefited TREMENDOUSLY from all of the work that Sarah did leading up to the wedding and so much more on the actual wedding day. She helped us with creating an organized timeline, coordinating with all of our vendors, leading venue setup and takedown, and keeping us on schedule throughout the day. She also provided so much ad-hoc support when unexpected things happened (we lost a groomsman due to COVID and had to change the procession, we needed to fix some boutonnieres at the last minute, etc.). Sarah also helped us navigate tricky topics like what to tell our vendors and when (headcount, booster seats, tip envelopes, etc); she helped us manage carpools and transportation of personal items (centerpieces, flowers, etc.); and so much more. There was such a reduction in stress from having Sarah present to handle all of the various things that can and WILL happen on your wedding day. Sarah clearly has a lot of experience in this field and is ready for any outcome. We couldn’t be more happy to have worked with Sarah, and we’d highly recommend her services to anyone about to host a wedding.

I cannot recommend Stephanie enough. We hired Stephanie for her full-service wedding planning package, and it was easily the best decision we made in the wedding planing process. As someone who was very overwhelmed by the prospect of planning a wedding, I knew that I needed someone to walk me through the process and recommend different vendors for our big day, and Stephanie went above and beyond to help make our day special. Stephanie is so organized, communicative, and easy to work with. We spent about 18 months planning our wedding, and she was with us each step of the way. The sheer amount of wedding vendors can be incredibly overwhelming. Not only was Stephanie was great about recommending vendors that fit within our budget and were familiar with our venue, but she also recommended vendors that fit with our personalities. Everyone vendor she recommend was perfect, which speaks not only to her skill as a wedding planner, but her knowledge of the industry as a whole. Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Penderview Events truly went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT. As a DIY and meticulous bride, we knew Anna was the one we would entrust with our vision the moment we had our phone consultation; she was so incredibly sweet and enthusiastic about our big day, and I immediately felt a sense of ease that she will be able to handle all the shenanigans and i can pass her the torch with ease. Although she was hired for "day of", she assisted us in any way possible months leading to and made sure we were on top of all the important tasks leading up to the day of (i.e. vendors contact info, finalizing timeline for the morning/day of, etc.). My big day unfortunately started off disastrous (I became car sick), so I was unable to give guidance with the decor during set up. But since one of the tasks Anna asked me weeks prior was for a list with all the decor and how/where I wanted them placed, Penderview legit made my vision come true!!!!!!!! Penderview was so attentive, that they were even able to place some items which I gave no instructions for (i.e. last minute decided that we wanted wedding party to sit during the ceremony, so I made name placement cards for the reserved chairs, and without mentioning it, they were placed on the chairs in processional order). Penderview was able to execute every event and details on the timeline FLAWLESSLY, and I was able to enjoy the event with ease knowing that everything was in such capable hands. We felt and saw how invested Penderview was throughout the day in making it perfect for us, especially the attention to details and handling all the logistics smoothly behind-the-scenes. I also really appreciated Anna’s assertiveness when hiccups would arise (ie, making sure guests wouldnt be walking in while were ready down the aisle/stay out of view, wedding party prioritized drinking and forgot to come back for portraits; flower girls kept running infront of camera during portraits, and so many other headaches i did not want to deal with, etc.) Not only was Anna able to accomplish and execute my vision beyond expectations, but she was also my emotional support and my right-hand lady, making sure I was always hydrated. Anna’s empathetic and kind demeanor made her feel more like a close friend than just a ‘day of coordinator’. Hiring Penderview was the best investment we made. Thank you so much for making our day magical and we will forever be grateful to Penderview!!!

I got engaged on January 30th, 2024, and was married just a few short months later on May 18th, 2024. As a first-time bride trying to plan a wedding in such a condensed time frame, I was incredibly nervous, especially since I was trying to keep costs down. After securing my vendors and working on my timeline, it quickly became clear that there was no way I could enjoy my wedding day while worrying about coordinating every little detail myself. The sheer number of moving parts and tiny details was overwhelming. Enter Lauren and Kelsey. I had seen their work before as they were the coordinators for a friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid, and they did such an amazing job that I knew they were the perfect choice for my own wedding. Even though my venue provided a day-of coordinator, I realized that she (also so amazing at what she does) would be too focused on venue-specific duties like managing food and the bar to handle the full execution of my timeline, coordinate with outside vendors, or deal with the unexpected hiccups that inevitably arise. And those hiccups did arise. My bustle ripped, and Lauren literally crawled under my dress to fix it. We forgot to pick up the wedding cake, but they had it sorted. It even rained, and they navigated the situation flawlessly, all while managing family dynamics and calming me during moments when I felt completely overwhelmed. Your wedding day flies by, and before you know it, it's over. I am so thankful that I got to be present, enjoy every moment, and soak in the day without a single worry—thanks to Lauren and Kelsey. In just one month, they picked up every little piece of my 1,000-piece wedding puzzle and put it together seamlessly. Everything we envisioned, they made it a reality. Words really can’t describe how much value they provided. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day, hire Lauren and Kelsey. They are simply the best. P.S. They even went the extra mile by bringing all the decorations, leftover food, gifts, and more back to our house, allowing us to head straight to our after-party without a worry. The picture below is one we got from them at home with our pups, whom they kindly took out for a potty break after the wedding. I seriously love these girls!

Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all.
